Moved well.

PG (2, 1a): 1 Allen-Maher’s Invictadaw Raquel, nearly 5 years brindle bitch, brisket down to elbow, good bone for her size, powerful rear which she used well going away. She doesn’t hold her topline as well as BOB but it did get rather hot which affected some dogs’ posture.

Full of power, appeals standing – completely balanced fore & aft holding a strong topline, lovely muscle thoughout – over the loin & through the quarters. Scored on his superb movement – driving from the rear. Very well handled. Dog works so well with his handler who talks to him all the time. They are in complete unison.

Junior Handling

6-11 years (2): 1 Sofia Beinarovica, age 11, very competent handler, talked to her dog for maximum engagement, aware of her charge & of me as the judge, performed neat patterns. An attentive, calm & professional performance; 2 Sadie Giles-Wyatt, age 6, first time in the ring with a Beagle, will certainly make a very good handler as she is assertive & is very good at stacking. Learning the pace at which to move & more words of encouragement to her charge will see her do very well indeed.
