THE SOUTH OF ENGLAND AIREDALE TERRIER CLUB 29 MARCH 2026 LD 1(0) 1. Edington-Hall/Ballinger’s Est Etiam Novus Angelus mit Wendaire (imp UKR) JW. Masculine muscular upstanding dog, he has broad flat skull,a little full in cheek, equal head proportions, large nose, straight forelegs with compact feet, excellent harsh coat, strong muscular neck, well sprung ribs, could be a little bit shorter in loin, level top-line, high set strong tail carried well, nice width in rear quarters, low set hocks, steady mover, holds his shape in profile, in nice condition, RBD. OD 2(0) Two different types of dogs here. 1. Brand’s Jokyl Kingfisher. Young dog who catches your eye, he square in outline with a firm straight topline he holds at all times, would prefer more strength in muzzle and needs to develop in rib but his proportions are spot on, excellent straight forelegs with good feet, strong clean neck, short loin, with excellent high set tail with near perfect carriage, in between coats right now, good buttocks with nice width in thigh, low set hocks, holds his shape on the move, lovely breed type, needs to mature and develop but for sure is a lovely example. BD & RBIS. 2. Turner’s Ch. Crillee Carry On The Legend. More finished and masculine than 1, brick shaped head, with better strength of muzzle than 1,small almond shaped eye, correct level head planes with flat skull, good ear set, good bone to him, a little bit loose in his front, muscular strong neck, well sprung ribs, would prefer a slightly firmer top-line, moderate width in thigh but could have a little bit more in second thigh, dense wiry textured coat, on the move he is a tad close in the rear and prefer him to hold his top-line, definitely more mature than 1, two nice dogs but just preferred the shape of 1. VD/B 3(1) 1. Edington-Hall’s Wendaire Kissed By An Angel JW ShCM ShCEx VW. Showy outgoing bitch, full of herself for 10yrs, she has good strength to her head but prefer slightly better head planes, neat ears set well, good forechest to her, well sprung ribs, compact feet, clean neck and backline to her, could be a shade shorter in loin, moderate rear angulation with low set hocks, very positive on the move, sound from all angles, holds her shape, still has a fairly wiry for her age, BVIS. 2. Haly’s Vivavick Ad Libitum. Slightly smaller mould bitch, feminine head to her, prefer slightly better ear set on her, dark small almond eye, could have a little bit more strength of foreface on her, straight forelegs, compact body, firm top-line, high set tail, moderate front and rear angulation, not quite on her toes and as showy as 1 but again has good footfall and retains her topline on the move. coat could be a little harsher on body, she is feminine and has good parts to her. PGB 1(0) 1. Brand’s Jokyl Daydreamer. I really liked this young bitch, feminine outlook to her, lively and on her toes, she has lovely dark expressive eyes on her, flat skull, not too broad, ideally like her ears slightly closer to skull, equal head proportions on her, moderate neck, lovely compact feet, very good proportions of body and leg, firm top-line with high set tail that she carries well, still to develop in her buttocks a little but low set hocks, excellent coat, she has lovely breed type and she has animation on the move where she holds her shape, will watch her career with interest BB and BIS. LB 1(0) 1. Du Toit’s Bellamunro Royal Pied Piper. Strongly made bitch, she has strength in her foreface, slight stop with level head planes, ear set could be a little higher but she is not too broad in the skull, straight forelegs, good bone, little loose in her front, moderate neck, good spring of rib and nice depth of chest, muscled loin, she carries her tail well but is a little low set, would prefer a little bit more width in rear angulation, low set hocks, dense coat of hard texture, steady mover in profile, would just prefer a firmer top-line but has good parts to her. OB 4(0) Four different type bitches here. 1. Rust’s Jokyl Songbird. Feminine all through but still has some strength and substance to her, equal head proportions, dark eye well set, moderate stop to her, could have a little more strength in muzzle, moderate size ears, she holds her shape and has a clean outline to her, straight forelegs, I liked spring of rib on her, could be a fraction shorter in loin for ideal but clean neck, lovely firm top-line, strong set tail, good buttocks and has some width in rear quarters, ideally like her neater in front, lovely jacket on her and she holds her shape on the move, nice type, RBB 2. Richardson’s Ch. Airechien Savanna. Nicely headed bitch, again level head planes, ear set a little bit low, clean muscular neck, good bone to her, nice spring of rib, short loin, compact feet, a little bit soft in her top-line on the move but has a high set tail, lovely low set hocks on her, she has some animation on the move, just preferred the clean lines of the winner but she has breed type. 3.
