Junior (3.0)

1. Springel’s Lionscourt Orenda Well grown, self assured elegant 16 month b, who shows good type and overall balance . Pleasing head with muzzle equal length to skull, Dark, kind clean eyes & scissor bite . Neck flows nicely into well laid shoulders , sound front, level topline, correct moderate rear angulation, stands on neat rounded feet, nothing overdone with her. She moves with a sound good reaching and driving gait. BOB 

2.  Debbollinby Crafty Beggar. Appealing 6mth old friendly male , well proportioned head coming along nicely , dark eyes , tight rims and well set ears. Outline is balanced and he’s growing evenly. Moved well and very self assured for one so young. BP

2. Bodle’s Debbollinby Time Lord by Lionsridge JW . Powerful, strong male, with appealing head , quality coat of strong colour with good feathering, deep chest with correct ribbing, well boned forelegs , stands on good feet , firm topline which he held firm on the move . He was just out moved today by 1.

1 Bodle’s  Lionsridge Lord of the Rings. Large, masculine 4 yr old, who has adequate bone and makes an impressive outline, head is in balance with his overall size and his eyes are dark and show a kind expression. Enough forechest , deep chest down to the elbows , firm back and slightly rounded rump . Parallel strong hocks and correct bend of stifle . Full coat of harsh texture with good furnishings. Moved sound but struggled a little with the slippery floor . RBOB

1. Leech’s Wouldbear Truly Madly Deeply Mileoak (imp NLD). What a little cracker ! Full of quality and exudes correct breed type , the future must be bright for this 8 mth old black. He’s exactly where he should be at this age , showing a balanced outline. Quality head with dark expressive eyes showing his gentle nature , ears are well set & smallish . Body is compact , well proportioned and muscular. He moves with an effortless sound gait , he’s so light on his feet, at one with his handler - a real joy to watch BP & Puppy Group 1

1. Moore & James’s Starnewf Mr Dark Sky JW 18 month old black male presented in the best of coats , well proportioned head , dark eyes, but eye rims could be tighter . Correct scissor bite , muscular neck and deep body down to the elbows , feet are tight and large . Back is level and rump rounds off neatly to a well set tail. RBOB

1. Downing & Seastrom’s Northpiers Non Ducor Duco (imp USA). This large 7 yr old male Landseer carries a strikingly coloured coat of good texture with plenty of feathering. Attractive head with a broad muzzle, dark almond clean eyes and neat ears . Level back, has depth to his chest and the ribs are well sprung. Handler needs to take care to set his front correctly . Moves effortlessly, holds his topline and is light on his feet . BOB

1. William’s Varenka Dare to Dream . A very lively and friendly 14 mth b, who was just too exhuberant on the move to assess properly . She’s correct for size, has a well proportioned head, correct almond shaped eyes, scissor bite and well set ears. Coat of good texture and markings are well defined. RBOB

1. Wilkinson’s Rottkinson Dark Knight A tallish 2 yr old dog with dark markings , strong broad head , defined stop and slightly arched skull. Broad , deep chested dog with ample bone and good feet. Another who needs to slow it all down and concentrate on getting a more precise gait. BOB 

2. Willis-Impey Abacab’s Duchess. Correctly marked b with a decent head, well developed chest and good spring of rib . Straight back, broad thighs and strong hocks . Again , untidy on the move , handler needs to take more time .

Husky 

Puppy (1.0)

1. Taylor & Taylor-Morris’s Winter Melody I’ll just sit and look cute at Pelenrise (imp Pol). Very promising puppy , she has a very pretty head , well placed ears, correct dentition, neck flows into a well laid shoulder and she shows a good return of upper arm. Outline is smart and balanced with a level back , correct tail set and well turned stifle . Moved effortlessly . BP & PUP GR 2

2. Stimpson’s Arcticskies Forest Fairy at Adellarz . A nice type with an attractive head, good length of neck , sound limbs and good feet, just preferred the turn of stifle on 1 .

1 Tinker’s Snowmist’s Eli at Lototea JW (imp Can) A lovely yearling dog , excellent balanced profile, quality head with well shaped eyes , ears pointed and set high, good length of neck , parallel limbs , enough width & depth of chest, moves out with smooth ground covering strides .RBOB

1. Tinker’s Multi Ch Zaltana Kiss My Paws at Lolotea JW ShCex OSW VW (imp Pol) A young veteran at 7 yrs old, I loved his ‘look at me’ attitude and his alert expression. Great breed type , profile impressed for proportions and balance . Moves effortlessly with a really smooth and efficient gait. BOB, B Vet & GP1  

2.  Cwnhapus King in the North for Adellarz . Another quality dog who really appealed with his breed typical head , balanced body proportions , well off for bone and shown in full coat . Very light on his feet, producing a very efficient gait . Close decision between 1 & 2.

1 Smiths Oldeely Swiss Etziken Rubin (PWD) 8mths black d , growing evenly and balanced . Good head proportions, strong muzzle, shows the correct furrow and back skull, round dark eyes and wide nostrils. Good square outline , chest & ribs developing well , moved precise and sound, a really lovely, promising pup. Best puppy 

Junior (2.1)

1 Willetts Philoma The Professional JW (Gt Schnauzer) Extremely fit and well conditioned dog , presented and handled to perfection. Excellent head , well developed forechest, strong limbs and stands tall on good compact feet . Strong back and well set tail . Muscular rear quarters with powerful thighs and a good turn of stifle. Moves with reach and drive showing a really vigorous stride. Just 17 months old and the best is yet to come but this is a dog with a bright future. Res AVNSC

1. Maranseen Youbetcha (boxer) 2 yr old brindle male of good type. Well balanced head, well padded muzzle, and correctly set undershot jaw. Upstanding square dog with pleasing front assembly, deep chest, good bone and strong well knuckled feet. Moved out well holding his topline firm.  

2 Mardle & Barton (PWD ) Auldhelm Miss Marple Pleasing, well proportioned head, dark eyes and well set ears . Short , well muscled neck flows into well laid shoulders . Presented in nice coat, she has well muscled thighs and stands on good feet. There’s a lot to like about this 3 yr old b, but she was outmoved today by 1.

1 Williams & Newtons Ch Rarjo Captain Curl Macduff JW (PWD). A lovely example of the breed , shows all the required breed virtues. Perfect for size and makes an impressive outline. Absolutely fit for purpose, a top quality black male with an excellent profuse coat who put up a faultless performance. Handled and presented expertly . BVNSC , Gp 2

2Allen’s Qimugta Malfy (Can. Eskimo Dog). Unlucky to meet 1 today , as this lovely 3 yr old male is a fine example of his breed . I loved his wedged shaped head and expressive dark eyes , he’s full of character . He’s correct for size , powerfully built, has a thick strong neck and plenty of bone and looks like he could do the job intended. A fit, well muscled dog with correct harsh coat, strong hocks and a powerful stride .
