My sincere thanks to the Secretary and the team for inviting me to judge today—it is an honour and a pleasure to be here. I’d also like to thank all the exhibitors for bringing along such a wonderful entry; your support is very much appreciated and has made for an enjoyable day.


Weimaraner 


Junior 2,0


1st: Charlish, Mr. & Mrs. G & R, HARELFERG HAPPY HOUR, 


Appealing girl who looked lovely on the stack . Pleasing head with keen yet kind expression, almost a little mischievous. Well set ears of good length. Strong neck of good length reaching from well laid shoulders. Maturing well. Well balanced all through with a good spring of ribs, level top line, and well developed rear quarters for her age. She moved with power and drive, demonstrating effortless movement and holding her top line well on the move. I really liked her. Delighted to hear this class win was the final point she needed for a well deserved JW. Well done. 

 

2nd: Duffy, Mrs. Lynn, MINSTERGATE HORIZON. All male, and mature in body for his age. strong all through, of good size and type. Pleasing in head with kind expression and well set eats, neck of good length. Stood on good bone and compact feet, body developing nicely with good spring of ribs. He moved with reach and drive when settled - carrying his tail well. He was enjoying his day which I love to see in a youngster. BPIB 



Post Graduate 2,1ab 


1st: Charlish, Mr. & Mrs. G & R, GUNALT THE MORNING AFTER JW. 

Pleasing head of correct proportions, ears of correct length, eyes kind giving a gentle expression. Neck well arched, flowing cleanly into well laid shoulders. Good depth to brisket. Level topline - held well on the move. Moderate bend of stifle with a good width of second thigh. Strong and well muscled all through. On the move he carried his tail a little high today. I loved his movement. He was sound with perfect footfall., in side profile he covered the ground with ease. A pleasure to watch

A lovely class of older exhibits. All in fabulous condition and belied their years. A credit to their owners. 


1st: Sayer And Wallwork, Mr And Miss M A And D L, SH CH BRAEFELL BUMBLEBEE, Pretty girl of medium size with nothing overdone. Pleasing aristocratic head and kind expression. Clean neck of good length leading into a well laid shoulder. Level topline with good width through the loin. Good length of back with well sprung ribs carried well back. Strong all through,. Excellent angulation to the front, deep brisket, good bone. Moderate bend of stifle. Moved out well fore and aft demonstrating perfect footfall. In side profile she moved with style, smooth and effortless covering the ground beautifully. Handled well. A pleasure to award her BOB 




2nd: Maclaine, Jp & Richard Dickson, GREYSPIRIT ROCK STAR FROM HANTZBURG JW SHCEX OSW VW, 

8 year old and all male. Strong all through, Appealing head of good proportions and kind expression, good depth of flews. Deep in brisket, stands on good bone and compact feet. Well sprung ribs, strong over loin and a level topline. His movement is sound, covering the ground well. He moved out well at one with his handler. BVIB. Delighted he went in to be awarded BVIS3





German Shorthaired Pointer

1st: Wilkinson, Katrina, ZAROZINIA CARN TUILE. Loved her! 14 months old. She really stood out. Honest girl with nothing overdone. Pleasing head with good eye shape. Her expression was alert l, yet kind and mischievous all at the same time. She is well balanced, good spring of ribs, strong, straight front with a slight slope to pasterns and neat, tight feet. She moved out with precision, demonstrating perfect footfall and she carried her tail well. She covered the ground effortlessly. I considered her for BOB, a close decision.

2nd: Angus, Miss Ashley & Mr S G, Mrs A, EDELMIDPOINT NATIVE RIVER THROUGH CALMERELL JW dog 

A lot to like about this boy. I really liked him. 

Beautiful head of good proportions. Well balanced. Strong neck and well placed shoulders. Good spring of ribs and strong over lion. He moved beautifully in side profile. Today, going away he was a little untidy. Good tallest carried well in the move. Shown in superb, well muscled condition, a credit to his handler.

1st: Stewart, Mrs V, MAGREGOR TAKE IT ALL OFF LEVAGRAD JW NUCH NUW25, My star of the day, and she certainly shone by showing herself off beautifully. Feminine head of good proportions. She had a beautiful temperament, with the kindest of eyes. I could have taken her home. Stacked she owns a beautiful outline, excellent angulation both front and rear. Strong straight front, clean elbows and neat, tight feet. On the move she showed smooth, effortless, ground covering movement with strong drive from the rear. A pleasure to award her BOB. Absolutely delighted to see her win a well deserved BIS. Congratulations 


2nd: Mcmurdo, Lord Roddy & Ms Gillian Tierney, CEILLOCH EXPRESS

All male. Pleasing head with a super expression, dark, kind eyes, strong neck leading into well placed shoulders, well boned legs and neat feet, deep, well sprung ribs, moved really soundly


German Wirehaired Pointer

1st: Cuthill, Miss R E, CALDEWRIVER MONKEY BIZZ. 

Loved this girl. A promising youngster that should have a bright future. Pleasing head with kind eye and expression. Strong straight front with neat elbows. Well balanced with a pleasing outline. Good bend stifle and width of second thigh, her coat is developing well. Neat feet. On the move she showed effortlessly ground covering action, she moved well for a youngster, with power propelling from the rear, carrying her tail correctly. BPIB BOB. Well done. I wish her well for the future. 


2nd: Hogg, Miss J, M-FRIVIUE AT CAPPERCLEUGH (IMP NOR) 5 years old. Kindest of eyes and beautiful expression. Moderately angular both front and rear. A little longer in cast than first place. She was a delight to watch on the move. Clean driving action and perfect footfall. Today she carried her tail a little high on the move Handled well. 



Italian Spinone

1st: Ciesielski, Victoria, JAVAL LOVE IS THE DRUG. Beautiful head with diverging head planes. Affectionate and kind expression, eye lids close fitting. Well balanced for age, standing almost square. Strong well arched neck. Good substance all through. Moved well, at one with her handler, carrying her tail correctly. BPIB. Wish her well for the future 


2nd: Mackay, Mr. Gavin & Mrs D Mackay, TESTAVERDE DEAL OR NO DEAL, 3 1/2 Dog. Handsome boy with kind eye. Strong bone, good lay of shoulder and deep brisket, close fitting elbows. On the move he lacks a little driving action. Carries tail well

1st: Duncan, Mrs. Susan, JW DIGGMERE TIGER SWALLOWTAIL JW SHCEX OSW. 

All male. Strong and robust all through. I loved this males head - showing good proportions and diverging head planes, kind human like eyes and good depth to muzzle. Strong arched neck leading to well laid shoulders and good corresponding return of upper arm. Lovely straight front and neat elbows. Ribs well sprung and strong over loin. He moved beautifully carrying his tail correctly. A pleasure to award him BOB. 


2nd: Ciesielski, Victoria, JAVAL GANGSTA BOO. I liked this lady for her overall balance, squareness and straight front. She was a little nervous today. Her movement was true and she covered the ground with ease. 


Large Munstetlander

1st: Logie, Miss Erin, ALBADHU I'M ADDICTED TO YOU. 13 months

Pleasing head of good proportions. Stunning in profile when stood. Well balanced with good height / length ratio. Correct elongated head, well shaped bright eyes, a little light. Well feathered ears. Straight front , neat elbows and tight feet. On the move she showed good front extension and powerful driving action . 


2nd: Uherkovichova, Miss Edita, ULYS DU PIC DES BERLANCHES AVEC EXELBY (IMP FRA) handsome boy with the kindest of expressions. All male. Masculine and well muscled all through. Lovely dense coat in great condition. I would prefer a little more bend of stifle. On the move he showed himself to advantage - carrying his head beautifully. A true showman, showing a long stride and driving power.

1st: Logie, Miss Erin & Braidwood, SH CH ALBADHU PAWSITIVE VIBES JW. 

Beautiful head with the kindest of dark eyes. Well set ears. In profile she has excellent balance, superb coat quality and pleasing markings. A strong, well proportioned body with good spring of ribs and depth of brisket. Correct angulation front and rear. , on the move she showed a beautiful ground covering stride; great head carriage, and carried her well set tail correctly. This lady had something special about her. I could not deny her a well deserved BOB, BVIB. Lovely to see her shortlisted for BIS. A worthy champion. Well done 


2nd: Logie, Miss Erin, SH CH GRAF III VOM BUSSHOF AT ALBADHU (SHCEX). 

Super boy of good quality that has an appealing head of correct proportions, kind eye and alert expression. Strong neck and correct shoulder placement. good spring of ribs and depth to brisket, strong loin and well muscled throughout. He moved with style demonstrating power, but he didn’t quite match the winner today. A lovely dog. 


Hungarian Vizsla

1st: Obrien, Miss Elizabeth, SOLETRADER ROCKIN ROBIN. Loved this boy, lots to like about him. Beautiful, well proportioned - lean and noble head. Lively/mischievous expression. Well laid shoulder with corresponding return of upper arm. Chest still developing with age. Good spring of rib and well toned loin. Correct rear angulation, well muscled, and good tail set. He moved out beautifully with his handler. Fore and aft his movement was true, showing perfect footfall. In side profile he showed elegant, yet powerful ground covering reach and drive. I am sure he will have a bright future. A pleasure to award him - BOB. Well done

1st: Stalker, Ms. Angela, ARANYVADASZ UCCU FOR KINHARRACHIE (IMP ROM). 

Pleasing head and kind eyes. Moderate angulation front and rear. Would have preferred a little more depth and substance to chest and front which may come with time. Nice straight front and excellent, tight feet. Shown in excellent condition. Fabulous muscle definition - she could work all day. Her coat gleamed. Moved well, at one with her handler.

1st: Mason, Clubb, C. D & D Clubb C Mason, OROSHAZA LUCY LOCKET. What a stunner. I was surprised to hear she was a veteran. She is in fabulous condition. A feminine lady with the prettiest of heads and affectionate eyes. Strong neck of good length. Both front and rear angulation were desirable. Good depth to brisket and pronounced breast bone. Strong and mature all through, with excellent spring of ribs, and well muscled croup. Her movement was smooth and elegant covering the ground well. BVIB. Delighted to watch her to take a well deserved RBVIS
