Good length of neck.  Nice shape over the croup with well bent stifles. I would like to see a little more bone and substance overall and with more ring experience her movement should improve.

Good reach of neck, ok angulation to fore and hindquarters with good depth of chest. Puppy 2/0abs

1st Mettan-Ure’s SAVENDIE HIGHLAND LULLABY.  11mths. A pretty head with the sweetest expression on this young bitch, well set eyes of good shape and well placed, active ears. Good length of neck and a nicely balanced body with enough bone, good rib and depth of chest. Good coat and pleasing angulation in upper arm and well laid shoulders. Moved out well keeping her level topline.   Best Puppy

2nd Powell’s AMETHRICKEH’S GOLD RUN AT KIMGILEE.  9mths sable/white bitch carrying a little more bone than the winner with a firmer body overall. Dark eyes, pricked ears gave her a sharper expression, and could have been cleaner. A steady mover that needs to settle more into her gait.

Yearling 6/2abs

1st Fagg’s EVAD HALLOWEEN KING AT LYNSCOT.  21mths male with balanced bone and a well fitted coat of correct texture. Balanced head proportions with wedge shape from all angles, dark eyes and well-set ears. Well laid shoulders, level topline with gentle slope over the croup with a well-set tail.  Sound movement fore and aft. with a clean steady gait.

2nd Harrison, Harrison, Draper & Draper MYTER MOONLIGHT SHADOW.  14mths male. A nice type with good head proportions, well-set dark eyes and tidy ears. Pleasing front but would have liked more substance in his forechest. Carrying a good coat he showed enough drive on the move.

3rd Stock’s SAPHIRE MOON FOR SHEMIST

Post Graduate 7/0abs

1st Stock’s SHEMIST FALLEN ANGEL. This pretty tri bitch caught my eye. A very sweet expression with correct head planes, Flat skull, sufficient underjaw, lovely dark eyes and active ear carriage. In good coat and condition with good angulation front and rear nice depth of chest, pleasing line over the croup and well let down hocks with a well-set tail. Having judged her about 12 months ago I found she was more positive on the move today, showing firm driving action and good free stride in front she covered the ground well keeping her topline.  Best of Breed

2nd Cheal’s FAEMADRA FIRESTORM.  2 year old sable/white.  A male of nice type with good bone and balance.  Masculine head with good expression and eye, used his ears well. Good angulation, well laid shoulders, good turn of stifle and strong well let down hocks. Sound on the move, just preferred the free stride of the winner.

3rd Beynon’s LIRREN TEAM SPIRIT

Open 6/1abs

1st Stock’s SHEMIST SUMMERTIME BLUES. 4 year old dog.  This beautiful blue merle has some lovely qualities. Presented in lovely coat and condition, has a masculine expression with blue, well-placed eyes of good shape, ear placement a little wide but well used. Well rounded bone and a firm body and topline. Well set tail and pleasing rear angulation. A good texture to his abundant coat.  Covered the ground well on the move.  I would prefer a tad more length of neck however on examination found this not a major problem as his profuse coat does tent to mask some of the shape he does have.   Reserve BOB

2nd Fillery Hammond’s WAVESONG’S CHASING RAINBOWS.  5 year old, sable/white male with a masculine head of good proportions, well placed ears and correct eye.  Straight forelegs and enough angulation over his hindquarters. Correct double coat.  Moved sound and smoothly around the ring.
