SCOTTISH ROTTWEILER CLUB – MARCH 2026

Thank you to the committee for the invitation to judge this friendly show. Thank you also the exhibitors for your warm welcome and sportsmanship on the day. All dogs were presented in good order and temperaments were excellent.

1. VITALPARAS AMERICAN DREAM AT BENDRAGO

10 year old male who looked so good for his age. Excellent markings. Handsome clean head with dark eyes and well-set, medium sized ears. Good length of neck, good shoulder placement, well developed forechest, straight front, compact feet, good top & underline, longer cast in body. Accurate in front movement would prefer a little more strength to rear action, moved well in profile. A credit to his owner in super condition for his age.

1. TANEVEN DUTCH

17 month old male of larger make and shape. Masculine head, with expressive wrinkle. Large ears, well-set when he uses them. Dark eyes but would prefer tighter rims. Excellent markings. Good length of neck, decent shoulder, straight front, leading into neat feet, good forechest. Good top & underline, longer cast in body. Moved with accuracy fore & aft, balanced action in profile moving with reach & drive. Needs time to mature & fill his frame. RBD.

1. JANTAVIA REBEL REBEL

4 year old male large size. Pleasing clean head with dark eye and small, neat ears. Good length of neck, decent shoulder placement, straight forelegs although a little loose in pastern & feet. Would prefer more length of upper arm and more development to forechest. Good top & underline. Well angulated rear. Toed in a little in front movement although he moved with accuracy in rear. In profile he moved with reach & drive holding his outline very well.

1. SEITTOR LOOK OF LOVE

4 year old male of medium size with good bone. Today carrying a little extra weight. Pleasing head, dark eyes although a little round, well-set medium ears. Would prefer less roman finish to muzzle. Strong neck, well laid shoulders with well developed forechest. Straight front leading into neat feet. Good top & underline short strong body, well angulated rear with strong hocks. Moved okay but could do with losing a few pounds to show his potential.

Two quite different males

1. CH. RHODILEA CELTIC WARRIOR

4 year old male of beautiful type, medium size with good bone & substance. Handsome clean head with dark almond eye & neat ears. Strong neck leading into well laid shoulders. Straight front, good forechest, neat feet. Excellent top & underline. Short in body. Strong rear with short strong hocks. Excellent muscle and condition. Moved with accuracy fore & aft, in profile maintained his outline showing ample reach & drive. Showed at one with his handler today to win BD and BIS. Congratulations.

2. SEITTOR MOMENT IN TIME

4 year old male of medium size with good bone. Another carrying a little extra weight on the day. Pleasing head, dark eyes although a little round. Well-set medium ears. Would prefer less roman finish to muzzle. Strong neck leading into well laid shoulder. Straight front although feet could be tighter. Short strong body, a little off at the croup. Strong rear with good hocks. Moved well in front, little wide rear in profile a balanced action.

CLASS 10 SPECIAL BEGINNERS DOG (2)

Two quite different males both who have different qualities. Preferred 1 for his substance and strength in head.

Two older girls of very different type

1. PERLA LEGEND OF KNEZ (IMP SRB)

9 year old bitch of smaller size. Good markings. Nice head type, dark almond eyes, well-set ears. Good neck leading into well laid shoulders and straight front. Good feet for age. Good top & underline. She was over angulating in the rear today as she was keen for the bait, would like to see her showing in a different ring. Moved with accuracy fore & aft, in profile with ample reach and drive. BVIS

2. HELDENHAUSS NIKITA AT REIKKSON

12 year old bitch who was enjoying her day. Different type to the winner. Lighter boned throughout. Pretty head, dark eyes, well-set ears. Tan markings a little light. Good length of neck leading into well laid shoulders, straight front legs & neat feet. Excellent top & underline, A little weak in rear due to her age. Toed in a little fore & aft. Moved well in profile maintaining her outline.

1. JANTAVIA SHE DRIVES ME CRAZY

17 month old beautiful bitch of medium size and good substance. Loved her head, clean with dark almond eyes and medium well-set ears. Good markings. Good neck leading into well-laid shoulders and straight front. Good feet. Well developed forechest. Excellent top & underline with correct croup. Short strong loin. Enough leg. Excellent rear with strong hocks. Moved with accuracy fore & aft. In profile she moved with a balanced action maintaining her outline at all times with reach & drive. A girl with a lot of potential. Sympathetically handled. BB, BOS & RBIS

2. TANEVEN DELTA

17 month old old bitch of larger size than 1. Stronger in the head, expressive wrinkle and dark almond eye. Strong neck into well laid shoulder, straight front with excellent feet. Excellent top & underline although little croupy. Longer cast in body. Good rear, with strong hocks. Particularly liked her leg length and balance. Powerful movement but would like to see her in a bigger ring. Excellent front movement but tended to move a little wide in rear today.

17 month old bitch another of larger size and good substance. Strong head with expressive wrinkle. Dark eye although a little round. Good neck into decent shoulder. Straight front leading into good feet. Good topline although would like to see her drop in underline. Longer cast in body. Good rear with strong hocks. Excellent leg length and balance. Moved with accuracy fore & aft with good reach & drive. RBB.

2. BURGARIVO VHALLA

Different type to one. Smaller all through. Lovely head, dark eye but a little round. Good fill to foreface. Good shoulder placement and forechest. Straight front leading into good feet. Would prefer a stronger topline. She was over-angulating in the rear today. She moved okay but I would prefer to see her in a different ring with a tad more condition.

1. TANEVEN BLISS

4 year old bitch with excellent size & substance. Stronger type of head with dark eye and slightly larger ear. Good neck into well laid shoulder and straight front. Well developed forechest. Excellent feet. Good topline although a tad croupy at times. Excellent underline. Longer cast. Well angulated rear. Moved well in profile maintaining her outline. Moved with accuracy in front felt she could be stronger going away today.

2. OLEARIA QUEEN OF CLUBS

3 year old bitch of different type to 1 being finer all through. Feminine head, dark eye but would prefer tighter rims. Nice well-set ears. Higher on the withers, would prefer more layback of shoulder and development to forechest. Excellent feet. Excellent topline into well angulated rear. Moved well in profile. Moved a bit wide in front and close in rear action. Well-schooled and always made a good outline on the stand.
