1st Hill’s ORCHIDSTAR RUBY SUNDAY – bitch 9mths old lovely breed type. Pretty headpiece the best of front makeup in the class. Clean in neck & shoulder. Firm topline which she held on the move. Stood on decent bone and tidy feet. Short loin. Well-muscled quarters. Covering the ground well. BPIB

2nd Brown’s MONTALBA MUSTRUM RIDCULLY JW – 3yr old male not the front of the winner. Good head and expression. Clean neck. Well boned and good feet. Good spring of ribs for age. Lovely quarters well let down. Moving soundly

Open (3):

1st Malin’s KEIGAME QUINTESSENCE AT BENRAE – 6yr old bitch of nice size and type. Pretty head correct eye colour and shape. Good neck and shoulders. Lovely depth of brisket. Well-developed body with good spring of ribs. Presented an overall balanced outline. Super quarters, well-muscled. Firm topline. Moving with ease around the ring. BOB

2nd Brown’s MONTALBA MISTER TEATIME 3yr old male would prefer a more refined head, good eye colour & shape. Decent neck and adequate shoulder. Mature in body. Good second thigh. Nice bend of stifle. Firm topline with good tailset. Moving with good extension.

1st Obrien’s SOLETRADER ROCKIN ROBIN – 13mth male who stacked provided a lovely balanced outline. Good lean head of correct proportions. Correct oval eye shape. Long arched neck. Well laid-back shoulder. Tight elbows. Short back. Good rear angulation. Moving with good drive. Presented in lovely coat and condition. BOB

2nd Walker & Smith’s BUTTERFLY HUNTER PANCAKE - 10mth old bitch pretty lean headpiece and correct eye colour and shape. Would prefer more neck length. Good bone and neat feet. Body developing well for her age, with good depth of chest. Hocks well let down, needs more muscle tone. Moving soundly. 

3rd Greig’s STALKINGMATE BUCATINI

Open (3):

1st Malin’s KENZDUO DEEPLY DALLAS – 3yr old male heavier in build. Masculine head with correct ear set. Good neck length. Well placed forehand. Level back and ribs well sprung. Slightly long in loin. Decent rear angulation. A bit too keen on the move which spoilt his rear action but did manage to settle. 

2nd Greig’s STALKINGMATE BUCATINI – 4yr old male with a pleasing head and expression. Enough front angulation and neck length but lacked depth of forechest. Good rear angulation and nicely sprung ribs. Had tendency to lose his topline on the move. Presented well.

1st Elder’s ENRYB EAT YOUR GREENS – 8mth bitch of lovely breed type. Pretty head of correct proportions, clean in neck and shoulder balanced front angulation. Super bone and substance and nice oval feet. Deep chest and body developing nicely. Firm level back. Good rear angulation. Presented in good coat. Moving with good rear action. BPIB

2nd Swainson’s STARSHOT OVERWATCH – 10mth male who was testing his competent young handler today well done for staying calm and sympathetic with him. Decent masculine head with good eye colour and shape. Would prefer a bit ore neck length. Good bone. Body developed well for his age good depth of brisket, level back. Well-developed quarters and lovely muscle tone. Just needs to settle on the move.

Open (2):

1st Elders SH CH ENRYB SKYE BLUE – 6yr old bitch who is deserving of her title. She is a bitch that needs to be handled to be fully appreciated. Feminine in head with skull moderately broad and slightly rounded. Lovely eye colour providing and intelligent expression the standard calls for. She excels in front assembly with correct lay back of shoulder, tight fitting elbows and straight forelegs. Excellent bone and good feet. Lovely spring of rib and carried well back. Well-proportioned rear quarters and hocks well let down. Moving with great ease and covering the ground well with a great rear action. Presented in tip-top coat and condition, a credit to her owner. Delighted to award her BOB and Group 1.

1st Mason’s FREEBREEZE NOEL COWARD – 7.5mth old male lovely type and of correct size. Super noble head and expression. Stood provided a clean outline. Good neck length and correct shoulder placement. Straight forelegs. Neat feet. Well sprung ribs for his young age. Firm in topline. Well-muscled quarters. Presented well. Moving with decent rear action. BPIB Puppy Group 3.

2nd Gregson-Keirby JONEVA JUST A DREAM – 11mth bitch finer in build than 1st all through. Nice front angulation good neck. Good spring of ribs. Topline could be firmer, good tailset. Enough rear angulation with decent muscle. Moving soundly.

3rd Collin’s MILLPOINT SPREAD YOUR WINGS OVER VABISBRAE

Open (2):

1st Mason’s MORGAN VAN FREEBREEZE (Imp NLD) – 6yr old bitch with a lovely head, correct bone structure and well-defined stop with a kind dark eye and expression. Lovely long arched neck into a well-placed forehand. Shoulder sloping well back. Brisket well let down. Good oval bone and oval feet. Ribs carried well back and nicely sprung. Short coupled into a muscular rear with good bend of stifle. Good driving action on the move. Presented in decent coat & condition. BOB & Group 3

2nd Collin’s RAIGMORE HERMIA OF VABISBRAE – 20mth old bitch of finer type, pretty expression but lacked the work in her head that the winner had. Lovely neck length slightly arched into an adequate laid-back shoulder. Straight forelegs. Enough brisket. Ribs well back. Well-muscled rear. Needs to settle on the move.

1st Parker’s BRUADARACH BALLACHULISH – Chocolate male 7mths excellent head of good width correct eye colour providing kind expression with good ear set. Decent neck and well-made forehand. Forelegs well boned and neat feet. Correct barrel ribs of good depth. Level topline. Well coupled loin and lovely rear quarters. Good tail set and carriage. Moving straight fore & aft. BPIB 

2nd Stewart’s TIMOURON SIGN OF THE TIMES – Chocolate male 11mths good masculine head and kind eye with good width of skull. Strong neck. Well laid-back shoulder. Well boned legs. Good depth of chest for age. Would prefer shorter couplings. Decent bend of stifle. Moving soundly.

1st Mullet’s SEATALLEN DAMSON – Black male 2yrs old of good overall substance. Excellent in head with pleasing expression. Clean strong neck. Nicley proportioned front. Stood on well boned legs and neat feet. Good depth of chest & well barrelled ribs. Would prefer shorter loin. Firm topline. Good tailset. Using tail well. Moving soundly.

2nd Maclachlan’s LLANSTINAN NUTMEG AT THREERIVERS – Chocolate bitch 20mth old who was giving her handler a real hard time and didn’t want to play ball in the ring which let her down today. Pretty head of correct proportions. Good bone & feet. Decent forehand. Mature in body but had a tendency to drop her topline today. Well made quarters. A bit erratic on the move but moved soundly.

1st Smith’s FLYENPYG JURGN CHOPP JW – Black male 2.5yrs old of nice breet type masculine headpiece lovely dark eye and kind expression. Strong neck into a well-proportioned front. Super bone and substance throughout. Correct round compact feet. Lovely mature body with decent ribbing. Excellent rear quarters with super muscle tone. Firm topline with a good otter tail. Presented in good coat and hard condition. BOB.

2nd Parker’s BRUADARACH BAILE EILIDH – Chocolate bitch 5yrs old nice overall shape and balance. Pretty in head with correct ear placement. Nicley placed shoulder. Good depth of chest. Well boned legs. Short coupled body and level topline. Good tail which she used well. Moving with nice free action.

Puppy (2):

1st Smettem-Minson CHYWOON NOBLE KINGSMAN (Eng Setter) – 8mth old dog who has a balanced outline when stood. Masculine head with correct oval skull with correct depth of muzzle, pleasing eye colour and expression. Super reach of neck into well set back shoulder. Good depth of brisket. Forelegs straight with correct rounded bone. Level back and well ribbed body. Decent in rear angulation with nice width of loin. Lots to like about him. He was giving his handler a very hard time on the lead so this let his movement down at times. BP AVNSC & Puppy Group 4

2nd Broomfield’s GLANEILS ECHO BEACH (Chesapeake Bay Ret) – 7mth old bitch built on a finer frame. Head ok correct eye shape with good ear set. Enough bone and good feet. Good lay back of shoulder. Needs more time to mature but time is on her side. Decent in rear quarters and well-muscled.

Post Graduate (4,2):

1st Snowden’s ROZEBOTTELS MARIO TRONTI (Lagotto) – Correct squarely built shape would like him to be a tad longer on the leg. Good headpiece of correct proportions. Decent lay back of shoulder and depth of chest. Short neck and tight-fitting elbows. Compact in body. Decent bend of stifle. Coat correct with a good undercoat and curls. Moving freely with good rear drive

2nd Logie’s ALBADHU IM MAD ABOUT YOU (Large Munsterlander) – 13mth old bitch of nice breed type. Preet head with soft kind expression lovely neck length and well-placed shoulder. She is entering the “teenage” stage and needs time for her body to develop and drop. Excellent bone and feet and I would prefer a shorter loin. Firm topline. Excellent rear quarters with super muscle tone. Handled and presented to perfection. Moving well with good front action. 

Open ( 6,2):

1st Newman-Jones OLYMPOS IL MIO ELIO DEL SOLE HAUNSPERG (Imp DNK) (Bracco Italiano) – Impressive 4yr old male of good size. Well made head full of masculinity, leans cheeks, deep muzzle, correct divergents with a large nose. Oval eyes providing soft gentle expression and ears set in line with eye. Short strong neck. Shoulders long and well-muscled. Strong oval bone excellent substance. Correct square-like body with deep chest and well sprung rib. Short muscular loin. Good bend of stifle. Moving out well once he engaged his extended trot. BAVNSC & Group 2

2nd Nesbitt’s CREEAARK AUSTIN HEALEY FROM CHARBROUILLE SHCEX SH. C. EX (Clumber Spaniel) – 3.5yr old male full of breed type, he impressed for overall substance & strength. Super head on this dog large square head of medium length eyes clean of correct colour providing a kind expression. Good strong neck and correct shoulder placement. Well boned legs and large round feet. Great spring of rib and well-developed body. Nicley bent stifle. This dog came alive on the move with super drive and front extension. Presented in top class coat & condition.

4th Rose’s PINEREOCH AMETHYST OF ROSANNOCH (ESS) 4yr old LW bitch who stood presents a clean balanced outline. Head of correct proportions although I would like more work below the eyes. Lovely dark eye. Correct ear set. Good length of neck and well laid-back shoulder. Straight forelegs and decent bone and neat feet. Lovely spring of rib and short loin. Nicley let down quarters. Presented in immaculate coat and condition a credit to her owner. Moving with decent front action.

1st Nelson’s CADWIST ETERNAL EMBER (Golden Ret) – 6mth old bitch who impressed for overall balance at such a young age. Super substance throughout. Pretty as a picture in head with melting expression, well boned legs and neat feet. Well-made forehand. Everything in the right place on this young lady. Moving so soundly around the ring. One for the future. Delighted to see her go RBPIS

2nd Davis ANNASIDE WISH UPON A STAR (Cocker Spaniel) – Black bitch 11mth very nice type and size. Ultra feminine head with a super dark eye and melting expression. Lovely neck and well angulated front assembly. Decent bone and feet, lovely body. Firm topline. Well rounded rump with good turn of stifle, hocks well let down. Moving effortlessly with good action. Presented in super coat & condition.
