Junior Handling

6-11

1st Abigail Twigg, A well-presented young handler who was always aware of my position in the ring and displayed a good rapport with their dog. Moved their dog at the correct pace to show off its virtues, with tidy pattern work and accurate, straight lines. Confident and capable throughout, presenting their dog to its advantage at all times.

2nd Liusaidh Reid, A well-presented young handler who handled their dog with confidence . On occasions Liusaidh positioned themself between me and the dog, which prevented a clear view of the dog- always remember the golden. pattern work was tidy, although his lines could have been straighter. But over all a lovely performance well done

3rd Indiana Allen, Unfortunately, not helped by their dog on the day, which was somewhat uncooperative at times. However, Indiana remained patient and considerate throughout, showing a calm and sensitive approach to handling. Despite the challenges, they persevered and continued to do their best. Once the partnership becomes more established I am sure they will enjoy success in Junior Handling.

1st Julia Marsden, A well-presented handler who was always aware of my presence in the ring. Moved the dog at the correct pace to show it to advantage and demonstrated good ringcraft throughout. Straight lines and accurate pattern work, combined with good use of the ring, made for a polished display. Good table work, with the teeth shown clearly

2nd Laura Elliot, A well-presented handler who was always aware of my presence and never blocked my view of the dog. Stood the dog at an appropriate distance from me. Demonstrated good ringcraft and handled with confidence, making effective use of the ring. Pattern work was tidy; however, straighter lines would have enhanced the overall presentation. Nevertheless, a very pleasing performance.
