1st Irving’s Twinan Silver Dollar

A well-constructed dog of the type that needs to be handled to fully appreciate his qualities. He has a good head with an alert expression, a nice dark eye and correct ear placement. Well-boned front legs, plenty of forechest, good depth of body and firm over the loin. Well-angulated quarters; moved and handled to advantage. Best of Breed. I was pleased to see him awarded Group 4 later in the day.

1st Kay & Smith’s Jackopeaks Peaches Legacy

Good head and body proportions, with a nice dark eye, correct ears, strength to muzzle and scissor bite. Nice straight front legs and well-muscled, as is her kennel mate in open.

2nd Bailey’s Twinan Raging Inferno with Bryndingo

A smart, workmanlike dog who showed well once settled. Pleasing masculine head, clean neck and shoulders, with good forechest. Covered the ground well with an easy, free gait.

A dog with a masculine head and keen dark eye. Good front legs, coat and pelt. Moved well, with good angulation, and was at one with his handler.

Very feminine bitch of good proportions. Head shaped, hard, correct definition. Nice dark eyes, good ear set. Coat and pelt good, correct tail set, easy to span. Moved and handled. BOB.

1st Hardman & Bamber’s Bonosue Jack to A King

Strong head and lovely body, with a good outline and carriage. Long, clean head with dark eye and well-set ears; nice neck and shoulders. Clean line, good topline and tail. Good coat; moved and showed well.

2nd Cooke’s Sifelly Speed of Light to Lionwood

Another nice puppy, with a long, clean head and well-set ears. Good neck and shoulders, strong topline and nicely angulated rear. Good bone and feet; moved well both ways.

Special Yearling (1)

1st Bamber’s Gracie MayGood head, lovely expression and eye, with plenty of character. Correct ears and strong jaw. Plenty of neck into nicely laid shoulders, good depth and spring of rib, and sound in movement.

Limit (2)

1st Buss’s Magairlin Swan River

This girl was presented in lovely coat and condition. She has a good head, sufficient stop and ample length of body with just enough depth. Quarters well-muscled, allowing good drive in movement. Tail set nicely and carried well. Good rib; moved and showed well. Reserve Best of Breed.

2nd Hardman & Bamber’s Bonosue Shooting Star

Strong type, an angular feminine bitch of good breed type. Harsh coat and rich in colour. Good reach of neck into a firm topline, with good front and rear angulation. Moved out well.

What can I say about this veteran dog? Gorgeous head of great length, with a narrow dark skull. Strong, deep jaw and dark eyes with that mischievous look. Correct ear carriage, good length of neck into well-laid shoulders, straight legs, deep chest, excellent topline and a bang-on tail set. Very sound moving; a credit to his owner.
