Puppy (1)
1st: Watts' Oakmarsh Mischief Maker – 7-month-old bitch of good size for her age. She was a little shy today, although I was able to go over her without issue. I am sure she will gain the confident temperament required of the breed as she matures. It is perfectly acceptable for the breed to be somewhat aloof with strangers. She has the distinctive harsh, thick coat, a broad skull, and correctly set ears. She could do with dropping a little in front to allow her legs to be placed well under her body. She has a straight front, correct bone and proportions, tight, round feet, well-sprung ribs, enough turn of stifle, and moved freely. Best Puppy and Reserve Best of Breed.

1st: Watts' Oakmarsh Mischief Maker – Repeat of Puppy class winner.

Open (1)
1st: Watts' Oakmarsh Little Acorn Ratn JW – Half-sister to the Puppy winner, and you can clearly see the family type coming through. She is obviously more mature and finished. She has a broad skull with a balanced muzzle, an expressive eye, a strong neck, a straight front, correct pasterns, and round, tight feet. Medium in body length with well-sprung ribs, a nice turn of stifle, and a harsh, thick coat. She moved with a powerful gait in profile, although a little close behind. She was completely at one with her handler. Best of Breed.

Puppy (2)

1st: Blair's Sinsicariad Dragon Fruit – Celebrating her 12-month birthday tomorrow! I found her head very appealing, being clean-cut and wedge-shaped, with an alert, friendly expression. She has a strong neck flowing into well-laid shoulders, a straight front, correct pasterns, a nice spring of rib, and a good turn of stifle. Her coat is correct for her age. She moved out with a jaunty gait, and I particularly liked her happy, outgoing temperament. BP and res BOB.

2nd: Westwood, Westwood & McDonald's Eusanit Moment of Clarity Among Roanjora – Seven-month-old dog puppy with a great deal to like about him. He has an excellent double coat for his age, rich in colour with white markings in all the desired places. I found his expression a little startled. He has a well-set, strong neck, a straight front with good bone, strong pasterns, well-sprung ribs, and a good turn of stifle with depth of thigh. He was rather erratic on the move today.

1st Blair’s Sinsicariad Dragon Fruit repeat from puppy.

2nd: Rice's Tiamaria Bella Rosa – A very feminine 12-month-old bitch, correct for her age in both development and coat. She has a wedge-shaped head with alert, friendly eyes, a good lay of shoulder and return of upper arm, a straight front, correct pasterns, and tight, round feet. She is a little longer in back than the winner, expressive tail. She has a well-bent stifle and moved out well with the correct footfall.

1st: Sewell's Littleclose From Me To You at Breakeswell – I liked this bitch for her overall make and shape. She has a good wedge-shaped head with a lovely expression and kind eye, a moderate neck flowing into well-laid shoulders with a good return of upper arm. She could carry a little more bone, but she has a straight front, good pasterns, and tight, round feet. She has the correct length of back with well-sprung, deep ribs and good coupling, together with a nice turn of stifle. She is not overdone in coat, she could do with a little more feathering. She moved with a spring in her step and strong rear drive.

2nd: Rogers' Eusanit Redora JW – A masculine dog with a broad skull, strong muzzle, and expressive eye. He has a straight front, upright pasterns, and tight, round feet, with well-sprung ribs and enough turn of stifle. I preferred the set of quarters on the winner. He moved out well with the correct footfall and has a good-quality coat.

Open (8-2)

1st: Rogers' Eusanit Peaky Blinder – A masculine dog with many good breed-typical qualities, and I found him pleasingly unexaggerated. He has an attractive wedge-shaped head with a good skull, almond-shaped eyes, and a pleasing expression. His well-set neck flows into well-laid shoulders with a good return of upper arm. He has a straight front, deep ribs, a short back with a level topline, and strong, well-bent stifles with deep thighs. Presented in a superb, rich red double coat, he moved out with excellent reach and drive. Best of Breed.

2nd: Sewell's Clegane Inferno to Breakeswell – Clearly a masculine dog with the correct size and substance. He lacks a little in breed type in head for me, but I was drawn to his character and temperament which was Intensely friendly and jaunty and so typical of the breed, to me this is just as important as physical attributes and won him this place in a very strong class, he moved out with a real spring in his step.

1st: Bell's Whitsun Renegade Master at Owlspoint JW ShCEx OSW – A strong, balanced dog with a lot to admire in his balanced head, showing the correct stop and soft, gentle eyes. He has a strong neck with an unexaggerated dewlap, a straight front with good bone and correct length of pastern, and tight, oval feet. His chest is deep, reaching to the elbows, with well-sprung ribs. Strong, parallel hindquarters provide good drive, and he moved soundly and powerfully. Best of Breed.

2nd: Bond's Valentino Rossi – Very square in outline and another dog presenting a powerful appearance. I preferred the head, eye, and neck of the winner, but he has a good lay of shoulder, a straight front, well-sprung ribs, and strong quarters. He moved truly, driving well from behind with an impressive, ground-covering stride. Res BOB
