1st Braccorion’s Eye Candy at Canemamans – Sladden, Mr I. 6 m/o Orange & White bitch with equal proportion muzzle to back skull. Ears set well in level with eye. Nice length to neck into well load shoulders. Front straight with oval bone. Good body length to height ratio, with short coat. Moved positively with good drive holding head well. BPIB.

2nd Silvestre Pop Soda Pop at Canemamans – Forbes & Sladden, Mrs L & Mr I. 6 m/o Chestnut & White dog with deep muzzle, dark eye in harmony with coat. Nice oval bone and tight feet. Good body proportions with deep forechest. Moved well but not as positive as 1.

Special Yearling (1,0)

1st Canemamans Final Blow – Sladden, Mr I. 12 m/o Orange Roan bitch with feminine head with lean cheeks and well set ears. Short neck of good width, straight front and tight feet. Body needs time to mature, good rear angulation and width. Moved out well covering the ground effortlessly.

1st Canemamans Two Timer JW – Sladden, Mr I. Chestnut Roan dog with good head proportions and evident divergent plains. Short, strong neck into well placed, wide shoulders. Body well proportioned with short, well muscled loin. Move well, covering ground with plenty of drive. Could hold tail lower to compliment the picture. RBOB.

1st Canemamans Primo Al Fine JW – Forbes & Sladden, Mrs L & Mr I. Orange Roan dog with masculine head, deep in muzzle and dark eye. Strong neck, deep forechest, straight in front and nice bone. Strong through body with good, firm rear quarters. Moved out well with free, ground covering movement. BOB.

1st Nellasett Truly Truly – Naulls, Mrs A. 11 m/o Blue Belton & Tan bitch with feminine well proportioned head, well defined occiput and low ear set. Good length to her clean neck into well set shoulders. Good depth to chest, straight in front with bone in proportion and tight feet. Excellent body proportions with ribs well back. Good rear angulation with excellent muscle tone for her age. On the move she was a joy to watch with free flowing movement complimented by her lashing tail. BOB, BPIB, PG2.

1st Nellasett Velvet Brown JW – Skeggs-Gooch, Mrs G. Blue Belton & Tan bitch with feminine head and gentle expression. Nice length to neck and well placed shoulders. Good spring of ribs, well back. Good rear angulation. Moved out well at a steady pace, would prefer a little more animation. RBOB.

2nd Kanietter Sassy Seastar at Ormstiga IR JCh – Whiting & Grant, Mrs K, Mrs J & Mr G. Blue Belton bitch, stylish in outline. Lean head with dark eye and low set ears. Well developed in forechest, good length to body and nice rear angulation. Moved soundly but not as free flowing as 1 on the day.

3rd Droveborough Silver Peril for Paduan – White, Mr J & Mrs V.

1st Susqudilla Yankee Shadow (IMP USA) – Mahon-Hunns, Middleton & Haskin, Mrs M, Ms J & Miss R. Young brown dog with pleasing masculine head of good proportion. Strong neck, deep in chest, good leg to body proportions. Strong body throughout with powerful hind quarters. Moved out well, covering the ground effortlessly, would prefer tail to be held lower to complete the picture. RBOB.

1st Oakmarsh Haunting Melody (AI) – Turner, Miss S. Sedge bitch with feminine head and soft expression. Good front assembly, well boned and deep in chest. Ribs well back and well muscled rear quarters. Moved soundly but not the freedom of movement compared to others on the day.

1st Oakmarsh Little Acorn JW RATN – Watts, Miss K. Brown bitch with feminine head of good width with well set eyes. Muscular neck of good length, well muscled fore quarters, good depth of chest. Well proportioned body, strong through rear. Moved effortlessly around the ring, carrying tail level. BOB.

1st Hoedun Does It Matter – Dunnett, Mr P. 10 m/o bitch with pleasing head and intelligent expression. Good front assembly, straight legs with ample bone on tidy feet. Balanced in body which will mature. Moved out well with confidence, using tail to her advantage. BPIB.

2nd Shashkrox All Revved Up – Holliday, Mr P & Mrs S. 8 m/o bitch with well proportioned head and well set ears. For her age she was well developed in forechest and ribs. Balanced through her body. A happy biddable character but a little hesitant to be gone over. When settled moved out well.

1st Maddouse Dimonds R’Forever – McQuade, Mrs J. Young bitch with pretty feminine head and dark eye. Good length to neck into well placed shoulders. Well sprung ribs and good rear angulation. Moved well, but not the verve of others on the day.

1st Diamante Blu Regina Della Pace to Hameldowntor JW SGWC (Imp Ita) – Kiddell, Miss A. Well proportioned bitch with feminine well moulded head. Nice length to neck, good depth to chest, straight front with good bone. Muscular rear quarters. Moved freely, using tail well. RBOB.

2nd Secret Blue Dress Basteta for Gemswin JW SGWC (IMP LT) – Jacobs & Reynolds, Mrs G & Mrs B. Bitch with pretty head and dark eye. Good depth to chest, ribbed well back and short through loin. Moved well with ever wagging tail. Close decision to 1.

3rd Gemswin River Of Dreams – McQuade, Mrs J.

1st Hameldowntor Music Of The Night VW – Wilson, Mr A. Almost 10 year old bitch in outstanding condition. Well balanced head with a gentle yet intelligent expression. Well made front with well set shoulders, good depth to chest and nice bone. Balanced through body with muscular hind quarters. Happy, biddable character with ever wagging tail. On the move she was free and true, not putting a foot wrong. BOB, GP2, BVIS.

2nd Hoedun Miss Atomic Bomb – Dunnett, Mr P. Well proportioned bitch with pleasing head, dark eye and well set ears. Strong topline and good rear angulation. Moved soundly but small ring hampered her getting into a free stride.

3rd Floki Super Trouper of Shashkrox – Holliday, Mr P & Mrs S.

1st Messano Sweetness And Light – Seamons, Seamons & Beeson, Mr P, Mrs J & Ms D. 7 m/o bitch with feminine, well balanced head with dark eye. Good length to neck into well laid shoulders. Straight in front and enough bone for age. Balanced throughout body and moved well, driving from rear. BPIB.

2nd Lamancha Voyager – Woodhouse, Miss C. 9 m/o male. Masculine head with kind eye. Strong neck, well boned and deep ribs. Very well coated in lovely colour. Moved well but not as straight up/down as 1.

1st Ashbyglen To Honour You – Cruttwell, Miss D. 12 m/o bitch with feminine head, dark eye and deep muzzle. Strong neck of good length, great front assembly well boned. Balanced body, short coupled and strong over loin and through rear quarters. Very sound on the move. RBOB.

2nd Waterbabies Walk Tall at Hectson (IMP ITA) – Webb & Smith, Mrs S & Mr C. 16 m/o dog with masculine head, but not coarse. Well muscled neck, well laid shoulder and good bone. Well sprung ribs. Good rear angulation. Moved out soundly with good use of tail.

3rd Haydengold Backchat JW – Knight & Cooke, Mr J & Miss M.

1st Dewmist Dolce Vita with Catnnels (IMP SWE) JW – Wheeldon & Hurry, Mr M & Miss K. Pretty bitch with nice head proportions and dark eye. Straight front, well boned and nice feet. Level topline and strong coupling. Excellent mover, straight coming and going, powering around the ring. BOB.

2nd Messano Snap Crackle And Pop – Seamons, Mr P & Mrs J. Bitch with feminine head. Compact and balanced in body with sound hindquarters. Moved well but not as animated as 1.

3rd Palharvest Chaga – Cornwell, Mrs L.

1st Gillbryan Midnight In Paris (IMP SWE) – Bowden, Mrs J. Bitch with feminine head and soft expression. Well set ears. Well boned, good shoulders and level topline. Good strength over loin and hindquarters. Moved with drive around the ring.

2nd Messano Just Good Friends with Swansreach – Barber, Miss N. Male with stronger head, good reach of neck, strong over topline and well ribbed. Happy, outgoing temperament. Giving handler a hard time on the move but sound.

1st Timouron Gunbalanya (AI) – Allen, Mrs C & Mr D. 7 m/o Black bitch with pleasing feminine head of nice shape and proportion. Needs to develop in body but presenting nice balanced outline with good front assembly. Tail well set and carried nicely.

2nd Warringah Timouron Gundagai – Coode, Mr D. 7 m/o Black dog with broad masculine head, strong neck, good shoulders and nice feet. Will mature in body but level topline and hindquarters developing well. Close to 1 but preferred overall balance of the bitch at this stage.

Special Yearling (3,0)

1st Winsleywood Wilfred – Harris, J. Yellow dog with well proportioned head, broad across skull. Strong neck and well placed shoulder. Well ribbed, compact and balanced through the body. Moved with enthusiasm, but when settled showed sign of true movement up and back.

2nd Clearseasons Lady Bronte into Timouron – Allen, Mrs C & Mr D. 8 m/o Chocolate bitch. Most pleasing head with soft intelligent eye. Strong neck, tidy front assembly, good feet. Held topline well on move. Compact through body. Agile mover, remarkably true in movement at young age. BPIB.

3rd Sandhaven Caribbean Queen – Shakeshaft, Mrs D.

1st Winsleywood Wicked JW – Scutcher, Mrs A. Yellow bitch with good width to skull. Strong neck and well placed shoulder. Good bone, depth to chest and ribs. Happy temperament. Moved with drive, but would prefer tail to be carried a little lower.

1st Winsleywood Witchcraft JW – Scutcher, Mrs A. Yellow bitch, litter sister to limit winner. Feminine head with defined stop and soft expression from eyes. Strong neck, well boned, nice feet. Compact body with width over loin and well developed hindquarters. Once settled she moved very well, covering the ground easily. BOB.

2nd Rochevale Palm Reader JW – Davis, Miss Z. Black bitch, slightly wider in skull than 1 but very good proportion and defined stop. Good angulation fore and aft. Slightly longer cast than 1 but balanced with good strength through rear. Moved freely and soundly but not as tidy going away as 1. RBOB.

1st Arcticbreeze Kiss’N Tell at Kingsfleet – Goodchild, Mrs M. 12 m/o Brown Roan Lagotto bitch. Good size and square proportions. Nice broad skull with alert eyes. Coat of thick curls, well presented. Moved well with drive, covered the ground effortlessly. Res Best AVNSC.

1st Patouche Tartuffe – Adams, Mrs T. Black & White Roan Brittany dog. Nice head of good proportion, alert eyes and expressive ears. Tidy, straight front assembly, good leg to body proportions. Good width to rear. In the class movement needed to settle, too interested in the smell on the ground but during the challenge moved at a good short pace with head up, completing the picture. Best AVNSC.

1st Khyannes Villette at Canemamans ShCEx (IMP HUN) – Sladden, Mr I. 7 y/o Black & White Braque D’Auvergne bitch. Nice head of equal proportion skull to muzzle and kind eye. Good length to neck, firm, level topline. Moved well and good pace. Best IR.

2nd Sabio Perro Malibu (IMP POL) – McCullagh, Mrs E. Black Barbet dog. Pleasing head, squared muzzle and well defined stop. Good size and balance to body with a dense coat. Moved with enthusiasm but not the polished performance of 1. Res. Best IR.

1st Hameldowntor Music Of The Night VW – Wilson, Mr A. See Flat Coated Retriever – 1st Open.

2nd Chativore Winter Solstice – Marsden, Mr N & Mrs J. 8 y/o Blue Roan Cocker Spaniel dog. Pleasing head with well set ears. Good length to neck, straight front, well boned. Would prefer a little more compactness to body but still balanced. Lovely mover, covering the ground well, flicking up rear pads as he drives.

3rd Sperant Pamplemousse – Merritt, Miss L.

1st Jessremjul Kuro Onyx – Remington, J & S. 6 m/o Black Cocker Spaniel dog. Pleasing head, squared muzzle, well set and sized ears. Tidy front with gone bone for age. Compact through body. Ever wagging tail adding to appeal. Moved out well.

2nd Petranella Strike It Rich – Wallis, Savell & Osbourne, Mrs P, Ms C & Mr P. 10 m/o Liver & White English Springer Spaniel bitch. Nice head with foreface proportional to skull. Straight in front, ribs developing, good rear angulation. Steady mover swinging from shoulder.

3rd Laurellakes Mon Amour at Merryvista – Kent, Mrs G.

2nd Chazbaz Take A Chance On Me – Wright, Mrs S. Black Cocker Spaniel bitch. Pleasing feminine head, good length to ears. Tight in front with good bone and feet. Compact through body and moved briskly, covering ground well.

3rd Tiamaria Bella Rosa – Rice, Mrs N.

1st La Scales Berlin with Chazbaz (IMP HUN) – Wright, Mrs N. Awarded Group 3.

2nd Hameldowntor Pedro Ximenez – Wilson, Mr A. Flat Coated Retriever dog. Masculine head with intelligent expression. Straight front, good depth to ribs. Nice length to neck. Good rear angulation. Moved ok but not the verve of 1.

Gundog Group

Gp1. Tweedsmuir Boulevardier – Monaghan, Mr P & Mrs H. Lemon & White Clumber Spaniel dog, just 7 months old but already showing real promise. Masculine in head, square and broad with good proportion. Strong neck, sloping shoulder, well boned straight front legs. Good spring of rib already, carried well back. Good strength through loin and hind quarters. He moved effortless around the ring with purpose and showmanship.

Gp2. Hameldowntor Music Of The Night VW – Wilson, Mr A. Flat Coated Retriever bitch. Judged in the breed but stepped up when moving around the larger ring, joy to watch.

Gp3. La Scales Berlin with Chazbaz (IMP HUN) – Wright, Mrs N. Black Cocker Spaniel dog. Masculine head with alert expression. Tidy front assembly with good bone. Well balanced body, compact with strength throughout. Covered the ground well using his ever enthusiastic tail.

Gp4. Sperant Chocolate Cosmos JW – Merritt, Miss L. Liver & White GSP bitch. Feminine and well proportioned all through. She moved effortlessly with excellent reach.

Gundog Puppy Group

PGp1. Tweedsmuir Boulevardier – Monaghan, Mr P & Mrs H. Clumber Spaniel dog. Gundog group winner.

PGp2. Nellasett Truly Truly – Naulls, Mrs A. English Setter bitch. Judged the breed but the larger ring only enhanced her movement, going so gracefully around.

PGp3. Wilchrimane Tunaverse – Siddle, Siddle, Bailey & Bailey, Miss A, Mrs A, Mrs S & Mr I. 8 m/o Orange & White Pointer dog. Lovely balanced head, neat outline and flowing movement. Couldn’t be ignored.

PGp4. Clearseasons Lady Bronte into Timouron – Allen, Mrs C & Mr D. Chocolate Labrador dog. Judged the breed but he stood out as a contender in strong competition.

Best Veteran In Show

BVIS. Ch Oakestelle Artemis ShCEx VW – Benton, Miss M. Blue Merle Smooth Collie. Overall she was just in proportion. Loved her clean wedge head and dark eye. Muscle tone throughout the body was good. So sound on the move, effortless and smooth.

RBVIS. Hameldowntor Music Of The Night VW – Wilson, Mr A. Her presence in the big ring was undeniable, moving out freely, still the same enthusiastic character after a long day at the show.
