Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

Puppy 2:0

1ST BPIB and TPG2 – Miss L Linton, Daltonians Poppies

7 month Ruby bitch. Active, graceful and well balanced. Correct head with well set ears, large dark eyes and black nostrils. Slightly arched moderate length neck into well laid back shoulders. Correct feathering coming in. Tail well set and carried happily. Moved freely with plenty of drive from behind

2nd Mrs A Leaver & Miss T Gresty , Revelann Gift Fron Heaven

9 month tri bitch slightly longer in the back than 1st. Feminine head with well set ears, dark eyes and black nose. Feathering coming in. Good length of neck. Good turn of stifle. Moved well

1st Mrs M E Owen, Narayden Kiki Dee

15 month black and tan bitch. Well presented in correct coat with plenty of feathering. Attractive, feminine head with dark eyes and black nose. Ears correctly set. Good turn of stifle, well set tail carried happily

2nd Miss L Linto, Daltonias Poppies

1st RBOB Miss S L Eccles, Llapsttam Get Knotted JW

3 year old black and tan male, fully furnished. Handsome head with dark eyes and black nose. Ears set correctly. Neck slightly arched and of moderate length into well laid back shoulders. Well turned stifle. Tail set correctly and used happily. Moved out well

2nd Mrs A Leaver & Miss T Gresty, Revelann Rocky Road

22 month Blenheim dog. Very pleasing head with correctly set ears, dark eyes and black nose. When standing is overstretching which spoils the outline. Didn’t have quite the rear movement of the 1st

1st BOB Mr R & Mrs K Lee, Kelrick Flower Power

2 year old Blenheim bitch from a very clever kennel. Very feminine with the loveliest expression. Level topline maintained at all times. Had the soundest of movement which is a testament to her construction. Lovely dark eyes, black nose and well set ears. Well set tail used happily

2nd Miss L Linton, Thekop’s Si Sinor JW

2 year old black and tan dog. Fully furnished. Lovely head, good length of neck into well laid back shoulders. Longer in the Back than 1s. Good turn of stifle, well set tail. Moved soundly

1st Miss V Routledge, Miatory Victoria’s Secret Pufflepaws

7 month bitch of good size and body. Correct head, dark eyes and prominent nose. Neck lean, long and sloping into shoulders. Forelegs long and slender and set well under body. Rump well rounded and muscular. Hind legs wide apart. Just needs time to settle. Lost out on BPIB to 3rd in Junior on movement 

2nd Mrs C M Kenney, Epipahany Ribbon Queen

10 month bitch of good type. Correct head, dark eyes and prominent nose. Good length of neck. Muscular rump, good tuck up. Forelegs long and slender, well set under body. Good turn of stifle. Slightly longer in the back than 1st. Very unsettled

All I can say about this15 month dog is wow! Such a wonderful example of the breed. Everything is so correct and in the right places. He moved with such activity and grace and owned the ring from the moment he came in. So pleased to be able to award him BOB

2ND Miss V Routledge, Pufflepaws Somnis De Utopia

15 month bitch, litter sister to 1st. Just a little more compact. Many attributes of her brother but not as settled. Moved soundly

2 year Powder Puff dog. Correct soft veil of hair which was well presented. Well constructed throughout Have seen him around the circuit and this was the best he has gone. Moved out soundly with elegance

2nd Miss D K Boden, Ravana’s Miracle Avokaduh For Gemador JW (IMP CZE)

20 month dog of good type. Well constructed and presented. Good head, length of neck. Moved well but preferred the movement of 1st

2 year old dog of correct cobby type. Correct head, ear set, eyes and nose. Good length of neck. Forelegs straight and under body, good rear angulations. Moved soundly and happily

2 year Powder Puff dog with correct soft veil coat. Well constructed with a very sound movement.

2 year cream bitch, elegant, graceful and quick moving. Correct head and neck into long, sloping shoulders. Displaying good lazy s’s. Good length of rib and brisket. Moved out well

4 year red bitch whose quality stood out. Elegant, graceful and quick moving, a true greyhound in miniature. Lovely correct head with large, bright eyes which were full of expression. Correct forefront and great rear angulations. Moved out well

1ST BPIB, RBOB, TPG4 Ms J Pike & Mr P Carter, Cartikes Dreamer

11 month bitch, well balanced and smart appearance. Closely coated with a handsome plume over the back. Correct muzzle to skull ratio. Showing correct near equilateral angles. Large, fairly alert dark round eyes. Shoulders equal in length to upper arm. Withers to tail set equal to withers to ground. Pads dark. Moved with balance, easy reach and drive showing hind pads

2nd Mrs B, Miss A & Mr A Richardson, Delbrupar’s Chatahoochee

10 month bitch with many qualities of 1st. Not quite as well furnished. Tail not carried correctly and unsettled on the move

1ST BOB, TG4, Mrs A Robinson, Wattlemeade Just Walter

20 month dog very well presented. Many attributes of 1st in Puppy. Correct head, stop, eyes and nose. Closely coated. Correct ratios, muzzle to skull, shoulders to upper arms and withers to tailset, withers to ground. Moved with balance and with easy reach and drive

3 year old bitch beautifully presented. Many positive breed attributes. Moved soundly showing rear pads

1ST BOB, Miss H Verity & Mr I Moor, Tresor De Tosha De Norabelle (IKC)

14 month tri dog. Very fine and dainty. Turned out to perfection. Correct head ratios. Correct eyes and ears. Fairly long body with level topline. Well furnished throughout. Moved with a light, free flowing and positive manner covering the ground. Correct coat. Just needs to fill out a little to complete the picture

2nd Mrs J L Green & Mr C Cooper, Wilachans Baby Guiness

16 month black and white dog with a nice head. Good coat which was well presented. Would prefer a little less length to the back. Tail set not as good as 1st and was either flagged or dropped

21 month black and white dog of good size and correct proportions. Lovely head with correct eyes and ears. Well furnished throughout. Good front and rear angulations. Moved soundly

2nd Messrs C & W Cooper, Wilachans Heart of Glass

22 month red sable bitch, little shorter in leg than 1st. Would prefer slightly darker eyes and better ear set. Another who was dropping the tail

3 year old black and white dog in full coat. Good head with correct proportions, dark eyes and correct ear set. Very well presented. Fine dainty bone. Good tail set. Moved soundly

2nd Messrs C & W Cooper, Wilichans Lizzy

3 year old tri bitch who, although within standard lacked the qualities of the 1st. Shorter in the leg than 1st. Moved okay but dropping her tail

1st, BPIB, BOB Miss A & Mrs S Sullivan, Poshdonpoms Love Story

10 month orange sable bitch with the correct foxy expression. Compact and cobby, with correct double coat. Presented to perfection. Still to mature fully but showing a lot of promise. Moved soundly and correctly

1ST BPIB, Ms R Copping & Mrs L Selby, Pernickety Plays The Fool At Rutaaro

9 month red dog of good size. Elongated head and skull. Well fitted eyes, dark in colour. Ears set on high and carried erect. Body square, back line straight. Moderate tuck up. Well balanced overall. Good rear angulations

3 year red bitch, very alert and attentive. Larger type than most but still within standard. Correct head and skull, nostrils well formed and nose black. Dark eyes well fitted into face. Ears correctly set and carried erect. Neck slightly arched into sloping shoulders. Moved so positively with the correct gait

2nd RBOB, Mrs T Billington, Aquapins Jessica Fletcher JW ShCEx OSW

4 year old black and tan bitch. More compact in type than 1st. Given her awards so far she would normally be worthy of BOB. Although of ideal type today she just didn’t show as well as she could. Went well enough to gain RBOB
