Puppy 1 

1 Allsop, Allsopp, Moore & Moore 

Mrs H, Miss I, Miss C, & Miss G Omordha Lunar Eclipse Very feminine 6mth black tri girl who stood proud, nice bite good length of muzzle lovely dark eye & correctly set ears, nicely angulated in front and rear, rib of good length with adequate loin, moved out with reach and drive & well balanced allowing total unison with the handler. I was pleased to award her Best Puppy & later Puppy Grp 2. Congratulations.  

Post Grad 3 ( 2) 

1 Williams, Mr S G & Mrs J Essenjay Heartbreaker 2yr 7mth blue merle lady showing excellent shape in profile. Head of good shape & size with strong under jaw, nice ear set, nice arch of neck leading to a well laid shoulder, chest of adequate depth & correct proportion of rib to loin, well-muscled throughout allowing good reach & drive and I awarded her a well-earned BOB.

Mrs J Essanjay Scarlet Ribbons Female of 6yr 11mth sable of good size & stature, holding a nice outline both stood & on the move. Another with good all-round attributes & was handled sympathetically,

1 Leavesley & Richardson Ms B & Miss A Lizoni Modry Fantasie 16mth blue merle dog showing an excellent outline, lovely shaped head which is of correct proportions housing a perfect scissor bite, nice eye with good ear set, nicely muscled neck leading to a shoulder with good angulation, deep chest & good rib to loin ratio, adequately muscled hind quarters allowing free flowing movement with drive. I awarded this boy BOB and later Grp 4 well done.

1 Leavesley, Mrs B Lizonia Lone Ranger 3yr 8mth black tri dog nice shape overall & another with good all-round attributes just preferred my junior winner on movement today.

German Shepherd

1 Amis & Stanley Miss R & Miss J Droyales Present Verdandi JW Masculine dog of 2yr 6mth head of good size & proportion housing a correct scissor bite, adequate length of muzzle & good under jaw, strong neck leading to a well angulated shoulder & good depth of chest, nice length of rib allowing good length of back, strong hind quarters with good muscle allowing this dog to power around the ring, dog & handler in unison. Very happy to award this boy BoB and later Grp 3

2 Ratajewski & Ratajewska Mr AR & KR Denis Z Nekielki 4yr dog nice head & eye showing alert expression again has good build with nice length, heavier in coat than 1 & not quite as fluent on the move.

1 O’Neil Mrs C Kidaforce Corin of Dunningwell 6yr 9mth female showing her experience around the ring, nice head and eye with a feminine expression, good rib to loin ratio, nicely angulated in front and rear, moved out to cover the ground with ease.

1 Brown,Mrs L Spawood Perfec Surprise Female of 8mth showing a pleasing outline,expressing alertness having nice amount of bone, moved out very spritely & was handled sympathetically. Awarded BP..

Junior 2 (0)

1 Kenyon Miss M L C Droversrock Obsidian 14mth brown boy good frame & with good muscle, stood with nice outline; moved well when moved independently.

2 Kenyon Miss M L C Ribblespride Boudiccca 16mth girl a little less confident than 1 when going over still had a nice frame and showed spirit on the move.

1 Hughes, Mrs P F Ribblespride Kruger JW This dog of 19 mth really stood out today, holding a lovely shape both in profile & in motion, very alert & houses lovely qualities in his well-built frame, both dog & handler in harmony which allowed balance & extension, I was pleased to award this boy BoB.

2 Bowker, Mrs R & Mr C Rosie Bouquet Female at the age of 2yr 11mth was unlucky to come up against 1 today as she also has nice qualities again having the desired characteristics of this breed. 

3 Kenyon Miss M L C Droversrock Obsidian

1 Hughes PF Miss Poolheywood Barney JW Nicely matured dog of 4yr again showing the stature & poise required for the purpose of this breed, holding good shape throughout. 

2 Wiseman Mrs S Foxthyme Tilly Girl at 4yr ran 1 close showing very feminine expression & again is well proportioned throughout and could change places on another day.

Pyrenean Mountain Dog

1 Jasper Mrs N Pafaxen Rewrite The Stars This 3yr dog stood alone in his breed, but I thought he was an excellent example of the breed. Holding a wonderful shape throughout the day, head of good proportion housing correct bite with strong under jaw, melting expression from a lovely dark eye, nice lay of shoulder with good depth of chest, lovely length of back allowing good rib to loin ratio, well angulated in both front and rear allowing free flowing movement with drive and reach but not over exaggerated. Very well handled, I was honoured to have judged this dog today & award him BoB & Pastoral Grp1. Congratulations.   

AVNSC Pastoral

1 Reid Miss G C Galliagh Alya with Milagre Estrela Mountain dog at 3yr 10mth this boy again stood alone but was only too pleased to show his ability today. He has a build of good size & stature with correct proportions all round - moved out with ease covering the ground effortlessly. Awarded Best AVNSC.

1 Allsop, Mrs H & Miss I Aqualita it’s a Miracle ShCEx Rough Collie 7yr black tri dog shown in good condition holding a nice outline throughout. He has a masculine head and shows his attentive demeanour to his handler, always showing alertness; moving with poise & grace, a well-deserved win today.

2 Dodgeson Mrs L Nellbrook Dark Illusion at Wreckinroc Bearded Collie at almost 9yr this slate girl pushed 1 all the way, another in good condition, head of correct proportions which houses a dark eye giving a melting expression, she has matching front and rear angles allowing her to move with good extension. 

3 Johnson & Walker Miss WR & Mrs SJ Ch/Swiss/Fr/Lux/Int ch Tooralie Pie in the Sky Shetland Sheepdog

Pastoral Group

1 Jasper Mrs N Pafaxen Rewrite The Stars Pyrenean Mountain dog, this dog was on top form all day today & for me didn’t put a paw wrong he was pushed hard from the excellent opposition I was honoured to award him a very well earned Grp1.

2 Irving Miss T J Twinan Put Some Jam On it Welsh Corgi (Pembroke), a 16mth dog maturing nicely and showing stature from his lovely structure, moving with confidence & alertness working well with his handler, pushing hard for top spot which I’m sure will come very soon. 

3 Amis & Stanley, Miss R & Miss J Droyales Present Verdandi JW German Shepherd, this boy again was only too pleased to power around the ring & show his athleticism from his well-built frame.

4 Leavers & Richardson Ms B & Miss A Lizonia Modry Fantasie Smooth Collie another young boy showing excellent promise for his handler holding a good outline & moving out with drive.

Pastoral

Puppy Group

1 Brown Mrs L S Trijem Bad Moon Rising at Hattiehoula Australian Shepherd 7 mth dog, showing with style & charisma nice head sitting on a well-structured frame which housed all the desired angles & proportions, good muscle allowing drive when in motion, holding good topline throughout. Pleased to award this boy Pastoral PG1.

2 Allsop, Allsop, Moore & Moore Mrs H, Miss I Miss C & Miss G Omordha Lunar Eclipse Rough Collie, this young girl carried on where she left off in her breed class moving with confidence & balance in total unison with handler. Well done.

3 Irving Miss T J Twinan Dragon Rider Welsh Corgi Cardigan, 7mth dog maturing very nicely at this stage, showing a proud positive stance while being alert of his surroundings, moving out with a free & active gait.  

4 Dodgson Mrs L Wreckinroc Neon Moon Bearded Collie, young lady with black & white markings at 6 mth old has a nice head housing a dark eye & correct bite, good all-round proportions, adequately muscled allowing free & easy movement.
