Premier Open Show

Massive thank you to Wealdstone & Northolt Canine Society for having me judge at their Summer Premier open show. Also, a big thank you to all who entered under me. I thoroughly enjoyed my day. Congratulations to all the winners.

Cairn Terrier

Class: 395 – Puppy (1/1)

1st – 403 – Copseleaze Midnight – Miss S Rogers – 8 month-old Dog, a nice eye-catching puppy with excellent brindle coat, correct dentition, nice dark eyes set well apart with small ears carried correctly, good length of neck running onto a good top-line, carried tail correctly on the move. BOB, BPIB.

Dandie Dinmont Terrier

Class: 403 – Puppy (1/1)

1st – 412- Calmarlin Ophelia – Miss K & Lord A Davies – 10-month-old bitch, nice head proportions, with lovely eye colour, size and placement, well set ears, correct dentition, strong neck into well-placed shoulders, well sprung ribs, strong loin with a good tail set and carriage, still only a puppy but one to look out for. BPIB.

Class: 405 – Post Graduate (2/2)

1st – 413 – Fabio Z Medunkove Strane (IMP CZE) – Ms N P K & Mr P E Hoskisson & Hinds – 14-month-old dog, young dog with good broad head and good ear placement, nice large dark hazel eyes with good dentition. Correct top line with nice curve over the loin, good tail set and carriage, moved much better than 2. RBOB.

2nd – 414 – Lenacount Laird Rannech – Ms N P K & Mr P E Hoskisson & Hinds – 4-year-old dog, Nice Dark Hazel eye, good length of neck, correct dentition, good ear placement, with the correct pepper coat.

Class: 406- Open (1/1)

1st - 416 – Puddockswell Cox’s Pippin (IKC) – Mr A & Mrs T E Kenyon - 5 year-old bitch, Dark Hazel eyes with correct dentition, Well balanced, with correct head and top-line, nice curve over the loin to correct tail set, correct mustard double coat, true coming and going, covering the ground with ease holding her top line on the move. BOB.

Fox Terrier (Smooth)

Class: 408 – Junior (1/1)

1st – 418 – Foxindean Xavier – Ms A Kettle – 12-month-old dog with nice dark circular eyes correctly positioned along with a good set and fold of ears, straight legs with a nice top line running on to a good tail set, good rear angulation, feet small and compact. A young dog will be interested in seeing how it matures. RBOB.

Class: 410- Open (1/2)

1st – 419 – Foxindean Press Rewind – Ms A S & Ms K Kettle & Davies — 2-year-old dog, white and tan of good coat, good head with nice dark eyes and strong under jaw, correct dentition, good length of neck running on to a nice top-line, strong body with good bone, moved well coming and going also on the Gait. BOB.

Fox Terrier ( Wire )

Class: 411 – Puppy (1/1)

1st – Unfortunately exhibitor had the wrong number on.

Class: 412 – (1/1)

1st - 422 – Lamberhurst Lady Astor – Mr C A Selby – 11 month-old bitch, feminine head with a kind eye, good length of neck, compact body and a strong and level top-line, good tail set and carriage, good coat texture and correct size, moved well on the Gait. BOB

Lakeland Terrier

Class: 433 – Post Graduate (1/1)

1st - 439 – Loreleilee Doe Dandy Dan – Miss J Atkin – 18 month-old Dog, of liver in colour, pleasing masculine head, correct dentition, good length of neck, compact muscular body with good spring of ribs, a strong and level top-line, with a good tail set. BOB
