1st / Todd & Smith’s, XL Nova From Woodbulls Future Into Delarhia( imp Bel), at 19 months old this dark brindle young lady, is showing a lot of promise totally sound all through, with nice square head broad and well filled in under eyes, high set in ears, nice level bite from clean teeth, well muscled neck leading on to wide deep chest, good bone all through, level topline held at all times, needs time to reach her full potential and maturity. BOB
Open 1(0)
1st/ Todd & Smith’s, Alonzobar Red Sky For Delarhia, a well grown 5 year old male with a nice head of correct proportions all through, good muscle and strong in bone, tight feet level top line held throughout, movement not as strong as the first and was very in love with his tail.

Puppy 1 (0)
1st/ Webb’s, Shalissa’s Vera Wang, a 10 month old bitch, at this age still not fully mature yet but all is going on the right lines with a very feminine head, which had good length, but needs more time to be finished, good pigmentation all round in this black girl, even in the heat of the day her dark eyes were full of the alert expression this breed should be known for, small high set ears, complete scissor bite from clean teeth, good length of neck, good angles all through, which showed in her well balanced and strong rear movement, stood and moved with an air of nobility, one worth watching I think. BP
Junior 1 (0)
1st/ Webb’s Shalissas Perfect Touch, another nice youngster from the same sire as the puppy and the breeding seem to be carrying through in heads, this young male is most defiantly all male and although still needs time, as still very immature in behaviour, much of what was said of the puppy would apply as they are half brother and sister, through the sire, but not the head of his sisters, also lighter in eye, moved well once settled, although not the freedom of the puppy , also needs time for maturity to see the best. .
Post Gradute 1 (0)
1st/ Webb’s Shalissa’s Chanel this young lady is full litter sister to the Junior male, and half sis ter to the puppy , and again much applies, still needing maturity at 10 months of age, her movement was much stronger than her brothers in the challenge, she seemed to handle the heat better and covered the ground with purpose, with a better head and much more relaxed in the ring. RBOB
Open 1 (0)
1st/ Webb’s BIH CH/FED BIH CH Shalissa’s Into The Shallow JW BEL/IRJCH CJW 26 , another of the same mating of the previous dogs in the other classes but this young lady is nearly a year older at 22 months, and has much more maturity, with good muscle throughout and more bone, also carrying the elegance of head and neck on the move, lovely gentle eye of good tight shape and full pigmentation, good scissor bite from clean teeth, lovely tight cat feet, a correct tail set, moved straight out and back with some degree of elegance and nobility. BOB & Working Grp 2
Great Dane
Puppy 3 (1)
1st/ Wright & Cranfield, Zefather’s Homeward Bound With Irieusdane, at 2 days short of a year, this brindle bitch took my breath away when she entered the ring, her total attitude, movement and stance, did not falter throughout being shown, such class in one so young, with the dignity to match, strong in head with no coarseness what so ever, flat in skull, broad in muzzle good width of nose large open in nostrils, giving the blunt look as required, good pig mention, dark in eye, scissor bite from clean teeth, good length of neck, arched and holding her head in perfect royalty, good flat bone straight fore legs, well held topline leading on to powerful hindquarters and good angulation, slight slope on to croup, movement out and back flawless for one so young. I will be watching her career with interest. BP RBIB PGP 1 & RBPIS well done !
2nd/ Henville’s Zefather’s Sister Act, this fawn young lady, is not quite so mature as her litter sister, and a little more aware of her surroundings, but in saying that, she has the same attributes, in a lovely head but needs a little more time to finish it completely, good angulation all around, good length of head and neck, deep set in eye of good dark colour, she is a little shy of being as majestic on movement as her sister, but I believe it’s there and will come with time, good muscle throughout, both these youngsters were in lovely coat condition, a lovely pair of puppies.

1st/ Wright & Cranfield’s Zefather’s Two Faces With Irieusdane, oh my goodness! Brother and sister act! I went with the boy purely on maturity, at 20 months old this lad just the edge on his sister for his head, again good angulation, a powerful looking lad with an all male head, eyes of good dark colour, not oversized in ears which were set high, complete scissor bite, lovely black pigmentation , good black mask giving the appearance of the powerful alert expression, well muscled in the shoulders but not loaded, deep in brisket, strong in loins, with slight arch, good length to second thigh which was well muscled on to strong hocks, and tight well arched feet, this boy got it on movement covered the ground with no effort what so ever with power from the rear. BOB
2nd/ Wright & Cranfield’s Zefather’s Gossip Girl With Irieusdane, as I have already said litter sister to above, and much the same applies, except this girlie is obviously much more feminine, with such a gentle eye of correct colour for a fawn bitch, a gentleness that only bitches can hold, of which she has, scissor bite long graceful well muscled neck, with a good arch, straight forelegs flat boned, well arched in toes, cat like tight and black nails, not quite the movement of her brother, but she I feel was feeling the heat of the day more. Two lovely dogs and nit picking at the end !

1st/ McLure’s Pines Mansion at Kanukalos, this 2 ½ year old male gave a good account of himself on this very hot day, being in full coat, clean in head, decent width of scull clear defined in stop with good strength of muzzle, dark in eye well set ear, tight mouth with good pigmentation, well muscled forequarters, good length in shoulders, tight in elbows, well held topline at all times, slight slope to croup good length of tail reaching to the hocks, carried well, straight coming and going, movement strong and true. RBOB.
2nd/ McLure’s Hightimbers Ticket to Dream at Kanukalos, a lovely feminine head on this 6 year old bitch, but finding the heat of the day, but still a nice girl with a clean head strong muzzle, complete with the slight tapering required by the standard, not the power in her movement to day to complete with the first.
Open 2 (1)
1st/ McLure’s Kanukalos Burletta VW, oh wow what can I say about this 11 year old beautiful feminine bitch, nothing about her gives way to her age, clean in head, with alert dark eye which takes in all she sees around her, well set in ear and she used them, tight in mouth, scissor bite with clean teeth, still has good muscle all through, straight and strong in topline held on the move and standing, good coat in good clean condition with strong colour, tight round feet , this girl defied her age, neither the heat or the age stopped her, she certainly gave the youngsters a run for their money, and ate the ring up with super powerful movement, I just could not deny this bitch in breed or group. BOB. GRP 1
Leonberger
Puppy 2 (0)
1st/ Williams’s Simberger Copper Glow, at only a month or so between these two and much applies between the two, this 8 month old is slightly more advanced in the months difference, and I think could change places many times, but for me at this time, the maturity of this lad in his head and movement gave him the edge, lovely soft dark eye with high set ear, tight in lips with good black pigmentation all through, movement was strong and powerful with one so young , holding top lien at all times, he needs time to finish his maturity, but have no doubt he will be one to watch. BP.
2nd/ Jones’s Simberger Flamazin Majesty of Flickan, as I have already said above this girlie is a month in age younger being 7 months old, and not related, but has a lot of the same attributes, in having a very soft dark eye, set well and of good colour, hi set in ear and good pigmentation, tight in mouth, but still a lot of maturing to do there, good bone and angles in this las, just not the confidence or maturity of first. But plenty there to say that given time she will be one to be in the top numbers in time.

1st/ Thorne’s Sotilas Captain Morgan (IMP SWE), a 2 ½ year old male of good type, well balanced in head with lovely eye colour and shape, muzzle and skull of equal proportions, slight arch to skull medium in stop blackest of pigmentation slight arch in nose, full mask, scissor bite from clean teeth, strong well muscled in neck, and good heart room, strong bone all through, firm all through with well held topline and broad through the loins long and broad in rump well muscled in rear and second thighs, good length of tail of which he liked a bit too much but won this class on a very strong well balanced movement, which he held in the challenge. BOB.
Open 1 (0)
1st/ Osborne’s Nexgen All Eyez on Me, at 6 years of age this bitch was feeling the heat, all female head on this lass, with a lovely gentle eye, full mask, scissor bite from clean teeth, tight in black pigmentated lips, good in muscle all through, and strong bone, well held topline, with a well held tail on the move which did not rise above the well angulated hocks she processed, her topline could have been a bit stronger but I think on a cooler day her movement and topline would have been better. RBOB
Portuguese Water Dog

1st/ Moss’s Winterkloud Sun Blessed, I was informed that this was this young bitch was attending her first show also her handlers, this little lady was a delight and I did manage to get my hands on the important bits in the end and as the day went by and she had been entered in a few different classes under me, she got more and more settled, the standard on this breed says ‘tireless’ and this little girl was most certainly that! At 11 months old she was most certainly was all female, very pretty, with frontal head bones prominent, wide in nose, blackest of pigmentation, I did manage to see the bite after some persuasion, as it was all a bit of a game, again once she settled, she moved well, in the challenge she moved much better, please persevere as in my opinion, she will be worth it. BP & RBOB.

1st/ Harewell’s Teigan Minnasota, two lovely juniors , this 13 month old bitch just had the edge over 2nd for me in although being the younger of the two, she was more mature over all, still very young but has a lovely more a self-assured disposition, lovely feminine head with almond shaped dark eyes small high set in ears with good width between lying close to cheeks, good in teeth with ample pigmentation, good length of neck, well muscled for age, good width and depth of chest well held topline standing and on the move, sabre carried tail on the move which was strong and well balanced. RBOB.
2nd/ Mattley’s Teigan Let it Bea, this bitch was 4 months older but still very much the baby of the two, a good sized bitch, with a good head but not so feminine as 1st but with all the correct attributes in having a dark eye, no lose skin, nice stop and good pigmentation, still a lot to mature in her head, and that would help her ear size that look rather large at this moment in time, but lying flat and close to her head. Good in teeth dentation and scissor bite, carried her self well in the ring but not the strength of movement of first.

Another at just over a year old and still maturing in the head, although all is there, she just needs a little longer, lovely dark eye, with tight rims, ears not the finished height yet, and not the fold of one, scissor bite from clean teeth, not the muscle of one but still has time, she held a good top line on movement and standing, and feet not so tight, but it could all change in a years’ time, she moved well.
