1st. Wright, Mr P W H & Mrs K J:- Shulian Serene Star, B, 23 months old compact red. Skull flat and broad, dark eyes, clean scissor bite, correct colour to roof of mouth and tongue. Ears small and carried stiffly. She was good for bone and rib, small round feet, tail set high. Rough coated. Moved cleanly front and rear.

1st. Wright, Mr P W H & Mrs K J:- Shulian Sovereign Star, D, brother to limit winner. Impressive head, correct length of muzzle, scissors bite, black roof of mouth, tongue. Strong neck, good rib cage, high set tail. Very alert on the move, moved positively front and rear. A rough going through a coat change, but I preferred his overall balance to his sibling.

1st. Cattermole, Mrs J:- Anima Cordis Man In The Mirror For Kalvadene For Hafwenna Jw (Imp Pol), D, liver 20 month old . Overall picture of a well balanced exhibit. Head was masculine, skull flat, oval shaped eyes, scissor bite, ok in shoulders, had some depth of chest, muscled with good turn of stifle. Moved cleaner than the second placed, coming, and going.

2nd. Carrington, Miss Z:- Caprilli Remember Me For Ladallyvita, B, 15 months old compact old feminine bitch. I loved her head, eye, ear set, length of neck, depth of chest, good hind assembly. Just found her to be carrying a little too much body which spoilt her on the move.

1st. England, Ms M:- Silverspot Odessi Of The Sea, D,black spotted, nice head piece, oval eye, ok for colour, scissor bite, nice length of neck, some broadness of chest, good for bone and tidy feet. Would prefer a little more length of back to balance. Won this class on clean movement, with reach and drive.

2nd. Cattermole, Mr C & Mrs J:- Jasquarella Ice Queen Of Kalvadene, B, 5 year old, very feminine, lovely head with darkest of eye. Good for rib, shoulder, length of neck. Very balanced exhibit, but was a little erratic in front on the final move. 

3rd. Thomas, Mr K-P-K & Mrs C:- Millbelle Lewiston At Philcarthom, D, 25-Apr-24

1st. England, Ms M:- Dalens Queen Of The Seas At Silverspot Shcex, B, 6 year old well balanced, liked her head makeup, scissor bite, oval eye, correct ear set, nice for depth of rib and length. Good bone, neat feet, using her tail on the move and when stood. She was well muscled , which showed in her clean movement. Shortlisted her in a strong Utility group and eventually was fourth in strong competition.

1st. Davis, Miss Z R:- Kimetsu Ayuki Kori Go At Kasaishiro, B, 16 month white, slightly longer than height at withers. Head having that distinct blunt triangle shape. Small eyes, scissor bite, small ears carried pricked. Enough bone, rounded feet, level topline, good tail set. Moved well .

2nd. Davis, Miss Z R:- Ryuukita Danu At Kasaishiro (Ikc), B, 5 year old white, with flesh coloured pigment, larger eye and ear than winner. Blown her coat, moved ok.

1st. Davis, Miss Z R:- Ryuukita Burning Talisman At Kasaishiro (Ikc), D, red/fawn with white markings male. Impressive on the stand , loved his head shape, eyes and ears. Correct bite, Gorgeous expression. Good in chest, nice lay of shoulder, good bone, neat round feet. Level topline on the move, correct tailset, moved out and covered the ground. Blown his coat a little. Shortlisted in a strong Adult Utility group.

1st. Davies, Mrs T:- Tafari Aurora Aura, B, 17 month old mouth watering white bitch. She has a pretty head, with darkest of pigment. Strong fore-face, tight lips, enough chin, dark eyes and the most beautiful expression. She has a good front assembly, enough bone, tight feet. Nice shoulder set , good in rib cage and angulation. Shown in dense coat which was presented to perfection. She moved with reach and drive and maintained her shape at all times. Loved her, she topped a beautifully strong adult Utility group. Not surprised to hear later that she went BIS, congratulations.

2nd. Mcloughlin, Mrs K:- Zantescwtch Pinball Wizard, D, black 10 month old dog. Really lovely youngster, again a balanced exhibit. Masculine head, dark almond shaped eyes. Nice length of neck, correct in chest and rib. Beautifully presented, moved well, confident youngster. Best puppy in breed and second in Puppy Utility group.

Quality head piece, clean almond shaped eyes, correct colouring in mouth, gums, tongue. Strong medium length neck, correct balance in leg length to length in back. Broad chest , good bone, compact feet, powerful clean mover. In the Group I could not ignore her and she won second behind the beautiful poodle.

1st. Spencer Down & Stevenson, Mrs R & Mrs C:- Shenleyvale Simply The Zest At Evieshu, B, red and white 14 month old Shih Tzu. Well headed, dark large round eyes, excellent bite and dentition, excellent pigmentation. Correct front assembly, ample bone, good in rib, good hind assembly, with muscle tone. Top coat of correct texture, moved well.

1st. England, Ms M:- Silverspot Voyage Of The Sea, D, 2 year old liver spotted Dalmatian. Well balanced , ideal size. Correct head, enough length of neck, ideal for bone, good muscle tone, used tail on move. Moved with drive and reach.

2nd. Mayo, Mrs J & Mr P:- Souska Without You, D, 5 year old Tibetan spaniel. Nice shaped dog, correct hare feet, nice head piece, well made through out. Good coat and fringing, unfortunately did not put all into showing himself off.

1st. Guy, Mr A & Mrs K:- Middanwinter War Horse At Kerelkoor Jw, Kooikerhondje dog. Beautiful for shape and size . He exhibited a friendly temperament in the ring, lovely head, nose black, dark eyes, scissor bite, enough neck into a good lay of shoulders. His elbows are tight to his chest, small compact feet. Well sprung ribs, good hindquarters, well feathered tail. Moved with reach and drive, Best NSC Utility and third in a strong Utility group.

1st. Gutteridge, Mr W & Mrs S:- Benitin Trojan Of Geduld, D, 08-Mar-19, 7 year old Kooikerhondje. Great condition for age, nice substance, well built throughout. Moved well from all angles, especially nice in profile.

2nd. Hampson, Mrs J:- Happy Harmonious Harvey, D, 13-Jan-18, toy poodle of 9 years. Showing his age a little but enjoyed his day out.

1st. England, Ms M:- Dalens Bethany Char At Silverspot Vw, B, 28-Feb-16, 11 year old liver spotted Dalmatian bitch. Absolutely fantastic condition for her age. Beautiful head, no sign of age, correct bite, full dentition. Well developed fore chest, good spring of rib, super topline, which she held on the move. Used her tail on the move and when stood. 

Junior Handling Assocation

1st. Gracie Wells age 11. Handling a Bedlington, initially Gracie had the dog on the wrong side so she was between the dog and the judge. But when asked to move her dog, she corrected this. Needs a little more confidence showing the judge all the sides of the dogs teeth. She was very polite and moved her dog at a nice pace.

345 12 -16 Years

1st.Miss Sofia Toma, age 13, handling an Australian Terrier. She moved her dog at a steady stride, and completed a good triangle and up and down. Little improvement in showing the teeth to the judge and make sure the lead in always tidy. 

Adult Handling Association

346 17 -30 Years

1st. Imogen Scotford-Jackson, handling a Labrador. She performed a good triangle, straight up and down was ok. Showing of dogs teeth was very good, just watch your closeness to the judge when stopping and presenting your exhibit.

1st. Andrea Keepence-Keyte, handling a Tibetan Spaniel. At one with exhibit, nice pace which allowed her exhibit to move with ease. On table correct presentation of bite and teeth. Carefully constructed triangle, watching where I was stood. Neat up and down, correct stop distance from judge and good presentation of exhibit. Tidy lead at all times. Best Overall Adult Handler.

2nd. Jessica Knox, handling a shar pedi, again showed her exhibit at correct pace, lovely free stand. Just not as neat on triangle as 1st on the day.

3rd. Nicholas Jackson, handling a Bedlington

1st. Marie England, handling a Dalmatian , handler aware at all times of how dog was standing and corrected dog. Neat triangle, and up and down. Good and correct presentation of dogs teeth. Bit close to judge on free stand. Polite at all times.

2nd. M Roach, handling a Parson Jack Russell Terrier, showed teeth correctly and adjust dog on the table to ensure dog was standing correctly. Good pace moving, just a little close to judge on the free stand.

He has a correctly proportioned head, correct bite, expressive eyes, good length of neck into well laid shoulders. He has some depth of chest and good spring and length of rib. He has enough bone and large flat feet. He has good hind angulation, correct tailset, well muscled. He moved cleanly front and rear and in profile, holds his shape on the move. He is well coated for a young TT, which was presented to perfection.
